This is an image of a 22nm FPGA dev kit, excuse my ignorance, but how does that get us to a 28nm ASIC?

by going into business with someone from China I'd certainly want to see their accounts.

Are you really serious? You want us to show you our accounts for your X1 preorder?

PS. Black Arrow seriously need to hire someone for their support team.
Shit, they can afford to pay them in BTC as their mining farm is probably pulling close to 100 BTC a day. (as see in the pics posted previously)

These are not our miners. We made them for a customer.

We are interviewing for support team but it takes a while.

I was talking about if I was Bobsag3 that would have been part of my due diligence, he will end up with the legal hassel on the US side, if this goes sour after all.

We need to test our front end on FPGA.

If we should not test our front end on FPGA, would you be so kind and teach us how to make an ASIC?

Just thought you'd develop a 28nm ASIC on a 28nm dev board.

I was kinda hoping you would say "Bobsag3 has let the cat out of the bag, we're really working on a 22nm ASIC to match KnC".  Wink

We want to work on 20nm as a 2nd chip but first we need to ensure that TSMC will accept us as client for their top of the line node. There's no reason not to accept us if they accepted KNC.

Sorry about that. Comment corrected. I was hoping that nobody will notice it by the time I had the chance to fix it but this is a very active forum.

Ok, I placed an order with MinerSource for 2 X1's a couple of weeks ago, sent two emails since to the required address for payment details and still yet to Receive any info also Pm'd bobsag3 several times, was told in PM that it will be taken care of Post haste, never received any further information, all I have at the moment is the original email for the order with Matts email to send a request to for payment details. I give up on this waste of my time.

I haven't heard from anyone for a week now. Sad
Got 2 X3's @ $4,899.30
Now my order was screwed up and they both show @ 5,949.15 each with only $1,049.85 discount applied.
They already send me an invoice for 1st unit at correct price which was paid.
I just cant get the correct price and updated invoice on the 2nd unit.

Getting a little frustrated especially with all the BTC fluctuations lately on top of that.

UPDATE:   The communication problems were apparently due to the international travel, since bobsag3 has returned I've had no trouble at all resolving issues via PM.

Hopefully Minersource is just running very far behind on e-mails.  I asked a few questions via e-mail over a week ago and got next day responses, ordered an X3 and got a pretty prompt response (also next day) with payment quote in BTC and address to send to.  However, since sending BTC payment (five days ago) I have received no confirmation, no responses to e-mails, and the order has completely disappeared from my Minersource.net account.

Crossing my fingers that communications have slowed due to this China trip, and that I didn't just throw five grand into a black hole.

Yup. Currently waiting in HK airport for our flight back.
I have a pretty large backlog of emails and tickets, will get sorted thru in the next 48-96hrs. We also have a new website and processor going live this week, so everything should start moving much more smoothly.

Your order disappeared? Please shoot me a PM with all your info, I can get that sorted before my flight.

Hi all,
Black Arrow announced a 100 Gh/s per chip. How is it that this site http://www.5ywyx.com/thread-5422-1-1.html figures speed 64 Gh/s per chip?

This site is not up to date (the prices are old too). The first estimation of speed had been 64 GH/s, then BA made more simulations and changed it to 100 GH/s.

I very interested to see what Black arrow will put out for a product, not so much the product as the release date they are putting.  I'm pretty new to the forums, but I mean this is something that could make or break a company.  If they come out with there Feb.24 13 release, we will have a huge advantage over other miners, as most companies like KNC are saying Q1/Q2, and 13grand for 3000 gh/s.   Personally it will be interesting to see what kind of heat these units put out when overclocked, I know you guys are in the early stages, but I'm itching kind of testing you will have.  I've already purchased 2 units, if you guys follow your deadline, I can promise you I wont ever be looking anywere else, as long as you are keeping up with the competition!
