+1 To be fair, though: it's not that they (at MS or 'minersource.net') were not trying... They do try their very best, only they get hammered from both sides of the deal here: they got a bunch of Chinese idiots who are not delivering and not keeping their deadlines (most likely in spite of full-mouthed promises before their supplier-retailer deal was awarded and entered into) and then there is **us** on the other side -- rightly frustrated about not getting anything for our pre-paid money! This is what you get from "Globalisation" and outsourcing things to a developing (or threshold) country -- and from "buying Chinese" instead of sourcing your stuff as locally and reasonably as possible! Minersource's (only) fault here is having entered into some difficult-to-manage deal with overly bold expectations and correspondingly bold marketing claims and promised delivery dates. (And **our** mistake, along the line what you are saying up there, has been **falling for that** although each and everyone of us should know by now that pre-orders do carry that overwhelming potential for frustration.) Still, MS are our counterparty and ought to MAKE GOOD on their obligations under the contract ONE WAY OR THE OTHER: (1) by sending immediate REFUNDS where requested, (2) by offering some really good compensation (over 100%, as it stands now, is hardly going to cut it -- as one reply to one of my earlier posts correctly stated --, so they would need to throw in AT LEAST one free X1 machine for every customer who still wants one=two for the price of one) (3) by learning their lesson and NOT making any such unrealistic promises again in the future. Others know how to manage their projects and what can go wrong; operators such as Spondooliestech or Mining ASICs Tech appear to know their stuff a lot better -- and, this way, do meet their deadlines; MS should, too... What Minersource should ABSOLUTELY NOT be doing is DELAYING ANY REFUNDS (but they do just that) but REFUND IMMEDIATELY if so requested!

It's a shit feeling - so I wish you all the very best of luck in getting sorted with this.

On 18 June 2014 Dear Customer,
Acknowledging your refund request and your BTC wallet. I have escalated your request to my supervisor and you shall receive a reply once your request has been processed.
But now, there is nothing. No refund, No tracking. Nothing. I send them messages everyday, they merged these to one, but they don't reply. Only on Friday, they copy news from website and paste it for me. And today is Friday, i think there is a news. And certainly, they will update it for me. Sure
