Our order numbers have nothing to do with actual shipping order. Due to the numerous ecom platform changes and issues, we are shipping off a master paid-by date list, that has order numbers all over the place. For example, we have orders in the 12xx range that will ship before 9xx, etc etc.

So there's no way BA can get all x1s & x3s out in 9 days! I'd say September.

EDIT: So 2 shipments in two weeks to be 1/3 of the way done to clear just the x1s. At this rate, it will take about 4 more shipments to finish the x1s. Now, the x3s will take longer to construct, because there are more parts involved.  And that's just for MS orders. Hopefully they got another production factory lined up.

Once the all processes such as the hosting and refunds have been accommodated. Kindly understand that we need to prioritize according to customer's orders and services; Hence the compensation is also included but this will be on the later part. Rest assured that all has been taken noted off and once all considerations have been made; It will be discussed and it will be announced soon.

You will be directly notified with the shipping details once your order is already scheduled for dispatch. To understand the dispatch process - this is done when booking is made with your chosen courier, we can not give you any details as to the ETA unless the courier had already booked your order. Also please understand that our shipment queuing is entirely different from their process. The only time we can send you the exact details of your shipment is only when the courier had also shared the same information with us.

I finally have the X1 in my Hands.. Maybe BA want to comment on these issues.

- The Value of the Unit was quoted in the packing slip as $100 which is a lie to I presume get around people paying high import duty etc. If the value/cost of the unit is only $100 can I have a refund? Can you please ship your units correctly. As it says on the Slip they are Legal Documents you are lying on. It is not just me as other people have said the $100 is the cost/value of the Items.

- It has some black  sticky tape on the back of it and glue all over some of the buttons and the bit metal plate where I presume the LCD (which is missing) should go looks like it came out of a dump (Pictures Coming when I get home)

- I have not turned it on yet as I question the quality of the inside looking at the outside and the dodgyness they use to ship them.
