their should be some rules for the ICO funds selling
that should not be effect on the ether price in the crypto market but if that happens then price goes down

Yes it does and to make things worse there are the scam ICO and the grab and run projects those are the ICO that only collects fund and no plan of development, investors are getting afraid to invest in new ICO, bitcoin is gaining traction and ETH is slowly moving up if it continues we might see better results in ICO.

What do you think, what is a reason of such a dump in ETH price and not recovering it back like almost every other altcoins?
Is that something wrong with the network  or any basic layer problems?
Or is it just "accumulation". Do you know something?

This shows that skin in still in the game and Ethereum is pretty much relevant continuously. As of recent dump in its price that in simple words is pure manipulation and it is to stay here as important player.

Wonderful article that is good news future of ETH will be very bright and it will gain more value in short time of period. Even it looking hard how it will make comeback while support in so big but in background so many big companies working on it to increase the adoption and make it easy for mainstream people to buy or sell cryptocurrencies with comfort and security.

maybe it's the reason? While USA is against Russia maybe USA would like to destroy ETH due its connection with Russia

if russia likes eth then what could be a prob for us but if russia have connections with eth and its developers then maybe usa think that eth should be go lower or destory it
by my point of view eth and other crypto currencies that are decentralized are having no connections with any countries
anyone in the world can use it and send and receive as payment

Alright and then i will try to prepare my self bought more ethereum and bitcoin as much as i can. I guess there will be so many speculators will betting on this one. I don't need bitcoin ETF as long as bitcoin will have listed in so many good sites and then it could be a good thing.

Another good news - Cboe is telling market makers that it's getting close to launching ether futures — and it could mark a big step in the crypto's evolution

The launch of ether futures on a US-regulated exchange would mark a significant step in ether's maturation as it could open the door to wider trading in the crypto and possibly an ETF.

Cboe Global Markets, the exchange behind the first market for bitcoin futures, is telling market makers that it is getting close to launching futures for ether, the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, people familiar with the situation told Business Insider. The product may launch by the end of 2018, one of the people said.
