Eth and most alts seem to be weaker than 2017 bull run. It just follows Bitcoin from September last year ranging between: 0.026 and 0.034BTC .
I think that this has to do with Bitcoin gaining dominance due to tether endless printing USDT's and the halvening in 2020. Perhaps in 2021 Ethereum and altcoins will start gaining dominance once again.
right now no bull run is going on just prices are stable for now specially BTC and your are right that if you compare the price of BTC with other then alts prices are lower. because there is no hyper buying of alts right now in 2017 hyper buying of alts happens and prices go up |

Ethereum falls back and reaches 2019 lows against Bitcoin, will we soon see a breakout? Yes, you'll see new ATL soon. Bitcoin will continue to appreciate. I also think Bitcoin will have a new all time high but maybe within 12-18 months. Whenever Bitcoin hits an all time high it does not automatically mean others will follow with their own all time highs but will Ethereum break the $1000 barrier soon? Bitcoin will touch a new ATH when it will close to the halving time or it has passed the halving time. I just take 2017's bullish as my main indicator to determine how long the halving will give impact to the market. Miners dump less and people can buy more to increase the price. |

We can expect this month we will see $350 eth easily, on the other hand in 2017 when prices were going up alt also join ride with BTC. Hope next time we will see bigger bull run than 2017. |

We can expect this month we will see $350 eth easily, on the other hand in 2017 when prices were going up alt also join ride with BTC.
Hope next time we will see bigger bull run than 2017.
I would like to see Ethereum moving up in ETH/ BTC pair rather than in $. It is too long since the last growth wave of Ethereum and altcoins in BTC pairs. It seems that this year is not a year for altcoins in BTC pairs. Investors and whales mostly focus on Bitcoin and $ pairs. In $, I will not sell my Ethereum if the coin won't hit around $500. I know that it is too far price from now, but Ethereum can do it, when its extremely upgrade officially activated. |

Nonetheless I am waiting for Ethereum price increase soon but I think we won't see ETH over 1000usd (at least until bitcoin will reach ~50k USD level..)
I hope you will be wrong, for me, I believe it doesn't need for bitcoin to reach 50K usd for ETH to reach $1,000. If that's what you believe, you believe that while bitcoin is rising, ETH will just stay the same level of movement now. The current price now is 13K usd, so BTC needs an increase of 3.84 folds to reach 50K and if ETH will just stay at the current it would reach over $1,000 that time. I guess ETH can't hold that long, there's a FOMO that time and every time there's a FOMO ETH also get the benefits. |

Ethereum will have many things to their side chains and would appreciate the hodlers.. unlike bitcoin which mainly would only appreciate if you hodl.. you need to look at the coins 2 sides .. The Grass is Always Greener on the Other Side Meaning when someone is not satisfied with their own lot in life and always assumes that there are better things in other places. |
