Who knows!
Yes, I quite like Iron Maiden (have about 5 drumsticks from Nicko, a Steve Harris wristband and a Dave Murray Wristband. Used to have 3 Final Frontier Dave guitar picks but some cunt stole my (iron maiden) wallet which had them in it (they'd literally never left my side since I caught them)..

The one big conclusion I draw from all of the recent discussion and the dev's silence on the matter is that they really couldn't care less what we think or what we have invested. If they did they would be here contributing, chatting, being a part of the community. They don't have to reveal any big secrets to do that.
But the fact of the matter is that for whatever reason they consider themselves above this community and they don't want to engage with it.
That's fine, I can deal with that. I've given up trying to figure out what's going on, the enigma just got boring so I diluted my position a bit, but I've set my exit and still hold more than 1% of all the Octo there will ever be. If Octo ever reaches 10p or above I'll probably sell, if it doesn't there will never be > ~99% of it in the wild.
EDIT: I do believe they have big plans, otherwise none of this makes sense. I'm holding because I hope they can execute on them, as I always have done. I no longer care what they think of us either way, if we make money, great. If we don't, neither do they.

Since getting into Cryptocurrency I've had many bags, all but two have varied over time. Those are the two I see in the mirror where my eyes once shone.

Technically that's UFO, they play it over the PA right before Ides of March or w/e the chosen opener is. Got to love it tho! My favorites change each day, but Phantom of the Opera, Revelations, Thin Line Between Love and Hate never change position much. AMOLAD is probably my all time favorite album however. Just blows me away from start to finish.
I have a theory that The Legacy is an ode to Final Fantasy 7, but I don't think any of them are geeks enough to have done that.

Relax guys, everything will be fine. Let us support our developers. I still believe in them. We'll wait. Great things become difficult. Would be nice if they write more often. Octocoin will be number one. Remember this. No retreat, no surrender.

Have you guys ever thought, maybe the developers aren't giving any updates because they haven't completed any projects yet, and what is the point of releasing their plan beforehand for everyone to copy?
They also mentioned that they haven't spent a fraction of their venture capital yet. If I were them, I'd wait for all the weak hands to bail at these lower prices before buying any back.

I think we've all thought it and hoped that's the case but after a while you just get tired of your loyalty and support being pretty much worthless. They also mentioned that they haven't spent a fraction of their venture capital yet. If I were them, I'd wait for all the weak hands to bail at these lower prices before buying any back.
I hate that "weak hands" phrase because it usually comes right at the end of the denial stage before the crash down through 1 sat to LTC paired oblivion. We just don't see enough of the picture to figure out what on earth is going on, it doesn't make any sense unless it's some kind of mass hysteria/social engineering experiment and we're the lab rats. I think somebody a few posts back likened Octo to a cult? I agree 888% and as a logically reasoning atheist it doesn't rest well with me that I've ended up joining a cult.

Your concerns are heard and understood. The plan remains the same and remains in motion. Only the timelines have changed and all we can do is continue to apologize for that. We cannot sacrifice quality for time as it goes directly in the face of our mission. We believe that once we can officially get our first release(s) out, it will fully restore our credibility and reduce tension within this great community. Right now the top priority remains releasing the new client, based on the new Bitcoin Core 0.9.3 source, in hopes that it will resolve the issue(s) that occurred at Bittrex.com. While we cannot pinpoint anything specifically that could have caused the issue(s) they experienced, we all agreed it is time for an updated client/wallet release regardless. The latest release will be more polished than the previous as we begin to work toward our goal of mainstream acceptance. One of our guys will continue working on this throughout the weekend.
While we truly believe 888 will prove to be a great investment, as has been said several times in here, please do not invest more than you can afford to lose. We will execute on our plans and, in a case where we cannot deliver our first release within the next couple weeks, we will take the advice some of you have given and release a preview via a medium TBD.
We read every post in this thread and typically visit at least two times each week. When we have worthwhile updates to provide, we will always provide them. Once our credibility grows, updates with less substance will provide benefit where they currently do not.
Thank you for your time.
