and take a look at the movement on bittrex! seems like a nice low-key trading site, not going anywhere near cryptorush with a 20 foot pole... by the way i finally made the switch to fedaykin's pool, been meaning to for a while just too lazy  gotta spread the hash-love around baby! i'm diggin' the UI too, it's not like any other pool's i've used before, but it's well laid-out, clear, and concise. it feels both familliar and alien at the same time. Well, thanks for switching over! We're at 130MH now, I didn't expect that! Awesome. I've been going round and round in circles trying to get our game running. I think I've gotta take a break. I'm getting a bit burned out and my eyes feel like they're about to rot inside my head. Hey man - no rush. When you get it done, you get it. You're learning as you go and that's awesome - makes it very difficult to establish ETAs though and we've all been there. We're a patient community which is what the devs asked for from the start. Good things come to those that wait. You're a huge asset to the 888 community and this community is a big part of why I'm still mining and holding. (That and the whole Macau thing which still has my wheels spinning.) |

Good news guys... I'm one step closer to having our betting game going.. We have the app at least running now, problem is it won't bind port 80 at the same time as apache, and when I change ports on it, even pointing the html client at it, it won't work. Node.js is just... strange. I'll figure it out eventually, and there will be GAMBLING! lol

The game WORKS! Finally! Huge props to the original dev, who's been very patient with me and worked with me over skype awhile to squash some problems. Now I've just gotta make lots of tiny mods, because the game is setup for Bitcoin. I've successfully tested it, though, and it works! Give me a couple of hours or so and you guys will be able to play.

Haha, thanks There's one thing I'm noticing, since I'm testing the game, I withdrew my coins and was charged a .02 tx fee (1.7 coins), after that it showed my game account balance as -.02, so next I deposit 1 coin, and it did deduct that .02, so it looks like it is passing TX fees to the user. I wasn't aware there were tx fees for small transactions like that. Ok, I got a question real quick before I start making changes to the game code and let you guys play. Right now, bet sizes are .0001, .001, .01, and .1. What do you say I knock off the .0001 and make it where bets are .001, .01, .10, and 1.0? Sound better? Edit: for now I'm leaving off 1.0, if the bank gets emptied it will obviously cause problems! 10 minutes. |

A couple of things, when the "remaining button" counter gets to 0, you'll need to refresh the page. Also, don't clear your cookies while you have coins in your account, you'll LOSE them! As of right now, I'm considering this a beta test, though it seems to be working as it should be. As always, don't gamble any more than you can afford to lose! I seeded some coins into the game's wallet, so it should be good to go until you guys clean me out! I'm playing too, lol. Have fun! |

Also, please note, I still have a few changes to make, so anything referencing "Bitcoin" on the site is in fact referencing 888. My version does not pay out or receive BTC at all, only 888. If you click on a blue box and get an error that a bet has already been placed, it's likely because of another player online at the same time, not sure how it handles updating the game graphics across different sessions.
