Fuck Everyday I forget haha Need some discipline I think.
Throughoyt my life in last 10 years I have seen drastic ups and downs in terms of physical activities. I personally have felt the every yea I workout only till max 4 months.
I can't make this into dicipline lets make it a dicipline now through this thread lets make a habit to post the update every 24 hours

Sometimes for our own recovery, we have to figure out ways to modify our activities so we are not overdoing it. So many times my pushups make it difficult for me to be as active in some other activities, even though ultimately, we consider that the pushups are supposed to be building our strength rather than using it up.

There are many ways to harmonize the way we do things, either by exercising or any other things, in order not to do what will cause damage in our body instead of building up strength in our body and be able to do other activities, though at times doing push-ups might difficult to be as active in other areas, but it should be done slow and steady.

If you find it difficult to adhere to your daily wishes, I suggest you make a daily to-do list and set a notification. Again you avoid procrastinating and do it immediately every morning or at the time you set in your to-do list. Your self discipline is very important if you must carry out the pushups exercise. It's nice to see new people in the thread. I hope you stick around in this challenge. It was another very hot day. There's an oppressive heat outside, made worse by the humidity. Experts keep warning people not to stay out in the sun during midday. After finishing up my work outside, I did my usual 200 push-ups in the evening, 10 sets of 20 reps.

It's really nice to see new people joining this push up challenge and I'm very motivated to take up this challenge. Just like your country, it's starting to get hot in my country too. It's starting to get so hot that if you go outside you feel like you're going to stop breathing. On one hand it's hot, on the other hand the load shedding is going through such a situation that it's being said that it's a very bad situation. Still, I'm not stopping my push ups, I'm continuing, but like you, I don't complete my push ups in the evening. If the weather is a little bit normal, I complete my push ups early in the morning and the weather is a little bit normal in the early morning. Life has a way of turning against us especially when we don't live it the right way. Some see smoking as a way of showing how tough you are and if you as a novice and you start listening to how the Pros boost about it you'll start questioning yourself if you're living a normal life. I agree with what you said, too much of smoking without good food or good nutrition as the case may be can only damage so much in our body without we knowing and to me I don't think is even ok to tag along with smoking, that habit makes some persons to start thinking different like that's the only way of living a healthy life. But why do people smoke in the first place? Some say is because of the weather is too cold and some with some crazy reasons that doesn't make sense, so why do we smoke if we know it will hurt us?🙄

I woke up as early as I could with deep sleep still clouding my eyes. My body felt heavy weighed down by stress but I refused to stay in bed. I walked to the small field beside the house the morning air cold but refreshing. I dropped to the ground and began my push ups slow, steady, one breath at a time. With each rep, I felt something shift inside me. The strength I thought I did lost was slowly returning.

Medically it's unwise and unhealthy to eat less and smoke more expecially as a young dude who is fighting to keep fitness. Excessive smoking will get you tired quick when doing your push up exercise, i will advise you eat more of healthy food including fruits too and smoke less if you are addicted to smoking. I don't think he's really serious about this. To make progress, you need to get enough protein and vitamins. Smoking does nothing but harm. If he's smoking cigarettes, that's the worst. It's a loss both financially and health-wise. I can't understand how people still smoke. Anyone who's committed to a healthy lifestyle wouldn't understand it either. Eating less, smoking more and pushing up more is something he can’t do because he’ll end up harming himself. Worse thing here is that, they’ll be smoking and not detoxifying themselves, thereby causing more harm to themselves.
