It seems some persons don't see smoking as something good to the body system (which I agree) while some see it as something precious to the body because of the love they have for it and how it makes them feel which I don't think is even cool. If we some how feel the way we feel about smoking what about drinking? Like too much drinking, can it be seen as a better replacement for smoking?

See what so many schedules in mind can course, i was thinking on how to archived those schedules and  i thought that my first posting yesterday that i included my push-ups report without knowing that i didn't post my report after different kind of exercises i engaged in yesterday and that is why i decided to write out my push-ups report so early so that my today schedules will not stop me from posting my push-ups report, i started my exercise with running and i covering some kilometers and after then i eventually started my gymming and i concluded in doing 20 push-ups exercise in 8 sets.

It seems some persons don't see smoking as something good to the body system (which I agree) while some see it as something precious to the body because of the love they have for it and how it makes them feel which I don't think is even cool. Whether he's smokes or drinks doesn't matter so far he does it responsibly and he's not overdoing it either. I understand that smoking is a habit but not a bad one either,it's a choice and people that has passion for it can also live healthy depends on how they pay attention to their healths. Apart from eating healthy, regularly exercise like Pushups can also be an additional to smokers,makes them looks bodily fit for a better healthy appearance. I am not a smoker and I am not against it.
 
I am Justing getting started in my pushups exercises,I want to build my strengths and improve my fitness. My numbers wouldn't be much since am still new but will definitely increased as time goes on.  Please If my submit format is incorrect,I am open to corrections.

Not even 8:30am and I've already done some yardwork, went for a long walk, went swimming, shipped out all my coin orders, and worked out.  If only I could be this productive every morning.  I'm going to need to start waking up before the sun and getting my stuff done while it's still nice and cool out.  It feels amazing.  I guess I'll play some Tony Hawk Pro Skater and enjoy some calm for a bit.  Maybe order some breakfast.  Today is lined up to be an amazing day capped off with watching Happy Gilmore II tonight before bed.  Life is such a blessing.  Make sure to embrace the positivity and reject the negativity.

Whether he's smokes or drinks doesn't matter so far he does it responsibly and he's not overdoing it either. I understand that smoking is a habit but not a bad one either,it's a choice and people that has passion for it can also live healthy depends on how they pay attention to their healths. Apart from eating healthy, regularly exercise like Pushups can also be an additional to smokers,makes them looks bodily fit for a better healthy appearance. I am not a smoker and I am not against it.

Smoking is a choice quite alright but do you think smokers has a better way of controlling it that it won't be a habit? These things can't be controlled like have one today and skip the next 3-4 days before taking another, ones you're in you're in and the only way to control it is by stopping it completely, that's a long journey to take.
Some persons want to stop but they find it hard to let go and these sets of persons can only be free if they change the environment and the kind of people they roll with, distancing themselves from their fellow smokers can help them reduce the way they take it, like they say, too much of everything is bad. I don't have issues if anybody smokes or drinks but they should know what to do when it matters, taking care of yourself should come first than always go for the drinks and cigarettes. And we shouldn't use because we work out all the time as a signal that we are healthy.

Someone with such consistency is likely an expert in the DCA strategy and could consistently do a particular thing for years without quitting. Most of us sometimes get bored of doing the same thing everyday and tend to go for something higher or lower. Bitcoin investment has a way of building discipline into investors who do it responsibly and it is evident in your number of pushups.

Some choices we make mostly come back to haunt us and that's why sometimes prevention is better than cure. It's very easy to start smoking, anyone can blame peer pressure and get into the act, but not everyone could possibly fight to quit such act. Addiction is a sickness and until such person understands that he's sick and needs help, he may have literally no way out of it. Talking about the way it makes them feel is the reason most people can't quit. I think when anyone finds it too difficult to quit, going to a rehabilitation centre is advised. A six months rehabilitation period with consequent change of environment after the period is the best way to fight addiction.

Body building and smoking does not go too well because they fight each other. Your muscles tend to grow as a result of your exercises but your smoking act antagonize. If it eventually builds like everything is fine, it exposes the lungs to higher effect of the smoke inhaled thereby endangering the person more than it does to a random smoker who's not into bodybuilding.

Thank you. It hasn’t been easy and I’m not super excited about it. I don’t plan to keep it up daily once we reach the stated goal. I may even take a 2 week break to let my body heal. Things have been a little rough since around day 490 for me. Mostly due to me doing too much other exercise and not respecting that my chest is never in a state of being healed while in this challenge. DCA buying BTC is much more fun.

I really am excited about Happy Gilmore 2. I wasn’t even a huge fan of the first one but I have high expectations.

I know it's not easy to quit smoking, but since we are in this push-up challenge together, I see you as a friend and as a brother, so I will advise you to plan how you will quit smoking 🚬 because it's not wise for your health, and smoking will expose you to serious health issues in the future. Thank you for the compliment.
Quitting smoking is not easy but if a person who smokes wants to then he can definitely quit smoking because if a person wants to then he can make the impossible possible and if a person does not want from the bottom of his heart then he makes even the simplest things impossible. However, if you want to live a healthy life then you should definitely quit smoking. Smoking not only harms life but also pushes you towards death. So if you have such a habit, you should change it quickly otherwise you will face many big problems in life and will leave this world very soon so you should quit smoking as much as possible.

Today I completed 100 push-ups in 5 sets in my push-up competition.

I think today was the hottest day of the year so far. It was really tough for anyone who had to be outside. We've seen 44C in shadow. I did my push-ups at home at night. Today I hit my 100th day in this challenge and I've passed my goal of a total of 16.000 push-ups.

It seems some persons don't see smoking as something good to the body system (which I agree) while some see it as something precious to the body because of the love they have for it and how it makes them feel which I don't think is even cool. If we some how feel the way we feel about smoking what about drinking? Like too much drinking, can it be seen as a better replacement for smoking?

Ask a person that smoked  from 13 to 39 the issue is you can't skip smoking anywhere as easy as it is to  skip drinking.

I can drink a shot once a week or once a day or once a month or once a season.

If I try any smokes I will go back to a pack and a half a day and crush my lungs in under two years.

This is a milestone indeed. A 100 days of continuous pushups is not ordinary. Pushups exercises take a lot of strength and basically at the early stages, one may have several reasons to quit and focus on his normal life. Only the disciplined ones can go beyond the first 3 weeks due to pains and possible soreness that follows within the first two to three weeks into the exercise. 16100 is a good number in just 100 days.

I added 170 in 7 sets of 40, 30, and 20x5. Feels good in the early hours under the cold wings of the night rainfall.

It’s such a good feeling seeing that my body it’s adapting to this challenge gradually, now I’m able go 100 a day. As the day goes by, we keep improving.
