.then the difficult one of them all, the dumbbell again, I just hope not to harm my wrist in anyway because I'm beginning to feel some pains in that area.

It's always like that, you know it, the pains must surely come, but it's just for the muscles adjustment and stronger bones. Once it gets used to it, it becomes your thing, the pains disappear and then bigger builds and structure, that's when it becomes lovely. You know the rules, ''No pain, No Gain''. Though you have to be watchful to avoid Something serious like an injury like you said. Am sure you would be enjoying all the experiences plus the slight pains too😁😁

Though I was a bit tired due to some work I did this morning, but I was able to do my daily routine of 120 push ups in 30, 20×3, and 15×2.

There's no need for much rest you can train every day, but the important thing is to also do recovery exercises.
If you don't do recovery exercises, your body becomes worn out, and your muscles take longer to recover.

You're very right sir. Rest is good in everything one is doing. Even though we see pushups as an exercise it also comes with its own stress which means it necessary to take some rest over time in order to get back to your self. However, taking too much rest is not good for anyone who is engaging in push-ups in order not to get too used to it and get lazy while trying to regain strength.

I have not been very active lately due to the pain in feel in my wrist but I engage in a minimal number of pushups daily but I skipped one day too in order to ease off the pain.

This decline in bitcoin price is still persisting. I hope it would bounce back soon. It's still a buy buy too.

Like you said No Pain No Gain that's the code to keep us going if not we have many of us who would dropped the pushing up. The way we go about this exercises is good but at the same time we need to sometimes give ourselves a break a little pat on the back and tell ourselves that we have tried, is not easy honestly to be consistent, always going every day to make a better build. The muscles need a little rest too so it must not be everyday to make the body work and we shouldn't use that little rest to stop the exercises completely without we knowing. The pain will come and go at the same time, is just endurance is what we need.

Three of us did a calisthenics workout outside. It's even more beautiful to train outside in the fall it's neither too cold nor too hot the weather was perfect.
It was a push-and-pull workout, and we added leg pistol squat, jump squat and jump rope later.
I'd already completed 100 push-ups earlier this morning. Smiley

This decline in bitcoin price is still persisting. I hope it would bounce back soon. It's still a buy buy too.
Don't worry, the price is still above $100k, so there's no need to worry about a correction. In a short time, the price could rise again, even higher than that, and a new ATH could occur after this correction.

The most important thing here is that we don't lose faith in Bitcoin and give up our holdings, so we don't regret it later. Psychologically, when the value of your portfolio drops, it can be a bit unsettling, but that's not a reason to give up what you have now, especially when our goals haven't been achieved yet.

I am still using the same scheme, where I continue to do DCA every week, and you could say that I am quite intense at the moment because I used to buy every two weeks or once a month, but now that my income has started to increase slightly, I have decided to do it once a week, even though the amount may not be as large as expected, but I am quite happy with the accumulation I have collected at this time, especially since it does not interfere with my current life because the money I am investing at this time is specifically for a fairly long period, so regardless of the current downturn, I'm not too concerned because my plan is much longer than that.

Although I have not done it before, it will be very beneficial for me to do it regularly. That is why I have started it and will do it continuously. I am doing 2-3 sets but I cannot do too much. I am trying to do as much as I can according to my body weight. How are you all doing, it is good to see that many of you are doing a lot more push-ups.

Welcome to the pushups thread and pushups - whether you choose to do them every day or not.  I think that many of us started out with small amounts of daily pushups and worked our way up to larger amounts of daily pushups.

They still hurt for me after 573 days of doing them, and there have been plenty of times that I did not want to do them and/or that I thought that I was getting pains in various parts of my body that did not even seem to be directly connected with pushups, but what else could it be?

At the same time, there are still several ways that I can measure my improvements, and I think that my muscle mass is probably improving.. for sure my strength and abilities to do pushups has improved quite a bit over the past year and a half.

It is pretty well known that as we get passed a certain age (perhaps mid-40s and perhaps older for some) it becomes more and more difficult to actually add muscle mass..

So there still can be some advantages in doing pushups on a regular basis (whether daily or not) for guys starting to get into their elder years (and maybe even better than cardio in some ways) in order to prevent the loss of muscle mass.. which can likely help with the performance of quite a few daily activities whether being able to be somewhat self-sufficient and/or just to not be too dependent on others in certain areas..

1) Self-Custody is a right.  Resist being labelled as: "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Yeh - had to have a couple of breaks after I'd caught a nasty dry cough, but I'm feeling much better and noticed my average is just on fourty pushups per day, so decided to aim a little higher from now on with at least two sets of twenty-five (hopefully three sets)
Push on!

I am glad to see that are seeming to get to higher levels of pushups.. and surely the can be difficult for some of us who are claiming to be elderly..

I won't say that they get easier to do, since any of us can experience various real life issues, injuries and ailments.. and perhaps even psychological barriers.. .even though ongoingly doing pushups also can help us to get over some of the barriers.. and even if doing the pushups do not completely get easier, having some what concrete goals can create incentives and inspiration... .. including sometimes when I block off some time to do the pushups or to carry them out within a shorter window.. sometimes they won't hurt as much since maybe the first one or two sets might hurt the worse as a kind of warm-up, and so some of the subsequent sets might get easier in terms of getting through some of the warm up aspects.

At the same time, I know that in my first 6-ish months of doing pushups, I had to ongoingly purposefully spread my pushup sets through the whole day just to feel that I had proper recovery time between sets.... .. Yet there was some time down the road (maybe around 7 months at one level and then 10 months at another level?) that I come to realize that I was becoming much more capable of cramming my sets into shorter periods of time without needing as much recovery between sets (as compared with my earlier times, so a certain level of concrete improvement that was not really noticeable on a shorter timeline yet became apparent after measuring out my performance improvements over so many months of somewhat subtle and gradual changes in the data..

I'm seeing noticeable (abet subtle) differences in my shoulders, upper arms and back which seems to be tighter.  The "man boobs" (which were tiny to begin with) don't look as saggy anymore (and I'm not sure if I'm kidding myself or not, but it looks like I'm *SLOWLY* getting a toned stomach - the proverbial wash board/six pack) - having said that, as soon as I sit down I once again look as though I have a blubber guts, so I've got a long way to go.

My weight has stayed within a tight two plus/minus range for the last three or four years, so I can't say doing pushups is doing anything for my weight, but I feel good in having done them.  Not regularly, but as often as I am able to.

Welcome to the pushups thread and pushups - whether you choose to do them every day or not.  I think that many of us started out with small amounts of daily pushups and worked our way up to larger amounts of daily pushups.

They still hurt for me after 573 days of doing them, and there have been plenty of times that I did not want to do them and/or that I thought that I was getting pains in various parts of my body that did not even seem to be directly connected with pushups, but what else could it be?

At the same time, there are still several ways that I can measure my improvements, and I think that my muscle mass is probably improving.. for sure my strength and abilities to do pushups has improved quite a bit over the past year and a half.

It is pretty well known that as we get passed a certain age (perhaps mid-40s and perhaps older for some) it becomes more and more difficult to actually add muscle mass..

So there still can be some advantages in doing pushups on a regular basis (whether daily or not) for guys starting to get into their elder years (and maybe even better than cardio in some ways) in order to prevent the loss of muscle mass.. which can likely help with the performance of quite a few daily activities whether being able to be somewhat self-sufficient and/or just to not be too dependent on others in certain areas..

Came to the forum a long time ago and had a spend good time then but in the middle path my forum journey stopped because all my daily activities were on the other side. While trying to keep my family well, I forgot many activities and got diverted to the other side. At the end of the day, family is our first priority. If everyone in the family is well and everyone laughs together, there is no peace in the world than this.

Few time used to think about this bitcointalk from came back here but due to the job of daily life so I didn't have time here. A few days ago, suddenly came to the forum and did some work. Previously.. I used to spend more time on the forum about Altcoin but now I don't give it anymore. But my previous devices are no longer there and the diary story book but I had written somewhere is not there so i have lost access to one of my wallets that I used to use. In fact, it turned my life around and that is why my job life didn't allow me to do anything about these things. Currently, I have come here again and changed my previous passwords and collected a diary of my own where I have written everything. Maybe they are saved nicely now but I have lost access to many previous things. If I moved from one city to another around 2019, I may have lost and ignored them.

But I don't know if I will give time here but this much is sure after coming here I wasn't so interested in the forum. However, the daily physical exercise of push-ups stopped me while scrolling. This is really a very nice job which is very important for us. At present it will be beneficial for me because if I submit a report of push-ups here every day, my physical exercise will be regular. Try to add some other small exercises for my own well-being.

Although I have worked for the security forces for so long in my homeland Philippines. For this, my physical exercises were regular in my batch, so my body condition is fairly good even after my age has increased. Since I will get some time now and I will try to give it here. I'm currently 37 years old so my weight is 68-70 kg according to my age and height. I'm in a reasonably stable condition but I think these exercises will help me become more stable and I can share my daily activities with you.

Start push-up challenge:
Although I have not done it before, it will be very beneficial for me to do it regularly. That is why I have started it and will do it continuously. I am doing 2-3 sets but I cannot do too much. I am trying to do as much as I can according to my body weight. How are you all doing, it is good to see that many of you are doing a lot more push-ups.

Sir i totally understand and agree with the points that you have just stated above because it is very understandable when one talks out of experience, because i believe so much that you have been into different kinds of exercises not only push-ups, so as long as you keep doing those exercises you will surely feel the body reaction in each exercise you embark on, I'm equally an eyes witness because ever since i reach 200 as my number push-ups i really felt some reactions compared when i was still coming up, so it is always advisable to do push-ups exercise gradually by gradually as you can and never be in a hurry to rush in number that knock your out from doing push-ups for some days, so sir i really appreciate the peace of information and advise that you have stated out not only for the new member that has newly joined the push-ups thread eaully to others members that is in this push-ups thread i will surely pickup one or two that can help him in one way or another.

I added 200 push-ups by 20 in 10 sets.

In the new condition, your body may feel some pain and some more for a few days, but when you do it regularly, this pain will not be there anymore, the pain will gradually go away. When I first started doing push-ups, I used to feel some pain, but now I don't feel that pain anymore. Also, when I take a break for a few days, it feels very boring to complete the push-ups. I was out for a three-day trip, which is why I refrained from completing the push-ups for three days, but today when I got ready to complete the push-ups, it felt very boring. I didn't feel like doing the push-ups, but still, I completed the push-ups by overcoming laziness and boredom.

Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups in the morning, afternoon, and evening combined.

Today I woke up around 6:30am and I engaged in my daily pushups, as a new beginner in this challenge, sometimes I find it difficult to exercise but determination and the will power to say YES has been my watchword, and I took this decision and a very firm one to that to always exercise because it's very important to my health and it even help in blood circulation. Today I added 80 pushups

Yea, determination has always been the driving force to achieving daily push ups, because sometimes one can be really tired due to activities, sometimes too, no zeal and sometimes too, muscle pains and all of that. But determination and the reason why you started it at first, fitness and healthy living plus for the continuous increase in the value of Bitcoin will always keep one going. We keep on. Weldon.

Currently, I have come here again and changed my previous passwords and collected a diary of my own where I have written everything. Maybe they are saved nicely now but I have lost access to many previous things. If I moved from one city to another around 2019, I may have lost and ignored them.

But I don't know if I will give time here but this much is sure after coming here I wasn't so interested in the forum. However, the daily physical exercise of push-ups stopped me while scrolling. This is really a very nice job which is very important for us. At present it will be beneficial for me because if I submit a report of push-ups here every day, my physical exercise will be regular. Try to add some other small exercises for my own well-being.

Although I have worked for the security forces for so long in my homeland Philippines. For this, my physical exercises were regular in my batch, so my body condition is fairly good even after my age has increased. Since I will get some time now and I will try to give it here. I'm currently 37 years old so my weight is 68-70 kg according to my age and height. I'm in a reasonably stable condition but I think these exercises will help me become more stable and I can share my daily activities with you.

We have a very old user back with us for the push-up exercise. We are even happier that you are engaged in the country's security as a security forces member. Today I woke up around 6:30am and I engaged in my daily pushups, as a new beginner in this challenge, sometimes I find it difficult to exercise but determination and the will power to say YES has been my watchword, and I took this decision and a very firm one to that to always exercise because it's very important to my health and it even help in blood circulation. Today I added 80 pushups
EG_O, Let me tell you something. I see you are new to the forum, but even though you are a Nigerian board member here, some mistakes are being noticed. You could have boarded this in one post instead of two posts. I don't know if you know anything about the posting rules, but I think you should read and know about them well.
