Took my rest day yesterday by accident because I was celebrating the holiday weekend but I got it in today.

If you do two days and then take two days off, then do two or three days and then take two or three days off, your body will hurt more and your body will be likely to break down. If you can do push-ups regularly, then you can get rid of the pain in your body very quickly, but if you take a break and complete push-ups, then your pain will be constant. I agree with you and is normal for everyone to feel that way but one thing we shouldn't forget is that whenever you are feeling bored since your body has gotten used to it, it will some how force you to choose not to continue it again because the body has won the challenge and things becomes boring before you know it bro, you have started skipping days to work out, it happens and that's why we need to take note. Well, today I was really lazy to do anything but I have to force myself to the floor just to complete my daily exercises, each time I miss out on the exercises is like I'm owing someone something big, good thing I was able to complete it today.
When someone tries to quit for a few days, the effects will be slightly noticeable, and I felt this before because there was a moment when I felt quite bored, coupled with several activities that required me to travel non-stop for several days, which prevented me from doing my daily routine. After postponing it for a few days, when I started again, I felt a little numbness after the habit I had developed was interrupted. So, after experiencing that, I could only motivate myself to keep doing it every day, even though sometimes I was so busy that it made the situation a little difficult. But when I had time, I would do it, even though the quantity might not have been very effective. I’m still doing the same thing, and this morning I started my routine earlier because I had to prepare for work again. It feels a bit refreshing to do it in the morning, as I used to do it more often in the afternoon or even at night. 100k, Ryu_Ar1, 233,29105, 2025-09-02 Sometimes is never our fault when occasions/events comes up to prevent us from doing our normal thing and yours is understandable on like some persons that choose to just skip a day or two due to tiredness or should I call it laziness, that one is not an excuse for me. After all you did with the traveling and all that, you can't expect the body to accept any hard movement like the push up and you might even fall sick after trying to force the body, the only thing I'd advise is always put it in mind that after the long rest you have had there's something you left behind to get back to, that keeps the mind ready. Just realised I came in here on my last 2 posts completely forgetting to update the stats from 22 Aug!
Now doing 50 every 4 days, working toward 60 per 4 with the next update. Unrelated(?) but doing much better on incline walk at peak metabolic rate (I'm using terms I find online haha) which is for me, above 160bpm. Wish it made my arms stronger haha.

Team work has always been the best. You can crush numbers you couldn't have done alone. The motivation alone is something else. I remember when I used to go to the gym with my group, it used to be draining because we would do alot, pushing each other to be better and attain new strength and height.

I'm just seeing this particular thread that some members are not consistent with push-ups reporting and which know some members here will be doing their daily routine but we not report it because they might be busy or just decided of taking a few days break and i know that i haven't been consistent with push-ups exercise of recent because it is farming season that i needed to cultivate some crops for the future hervesting and with the stress i do got each day i come back from the farm and it is only a farmer that will understand how I'm feeling right now because ever seen i reach 200 push-ups i have been feeling so different from upper shoulders and compare to my farming work lately i will not be consistent here till the farming season is over.
I added 200 push-ups by 20 in 10 sets.

The first time in a long while I'm able to get 100 pushups in a day since I first had a sprain on my wrist. Sometimes it's easier to be on the floor than get caught on the bench. Bitcoin is rising resistantly and it's still a good buy but opportunity. Let's keep pushing on, a new ATH is still possible before the year runs out.

The first time in a long while I'm able to get 100 pushups in a day since I first had a sprain on my wrist. Sometimes it's easier to be on the floor than get caught on the bench.
Weldon for the comeback and consistency. After staying days off push up, you gradually started with 30 or so right? And slowly you kept on moving, and now 100. That's great. Really encouraging. Am sure, slowly you will get back to your normal numbers. Keep up. It's a two days report. Yesterday was so much a busy schedule. I couldn't report my yesterday's daily pushups due to my tight schedule, today I was able to to add 100 pushups and yesterday i did 100 pushups also. So it's two days report

You have done marvelous brotherly because even with the rain you still finding it deem to be consistent with your today push-ups exercise and i believe that it is very cold in your area right now and i can see that you are actually moving forward with your number of push-ups per day and i just want to advise you that you should keep the good work going and shall get to the top one day because every one that is within the forum started like you before they get to were they are right now, so never feel discouraged in any ways, so today is date is 03-09-2025 not the other way round to be 2025-09-02, please take note about that and do the needful. You should resize your image i don't know if am the only one seeing your photo the way it is nobody can see what you doing clearly, you are again welcome back to the push up challenge it's good you are back to fitness exercise is worth doing for it has good importance in our body system i also see that you have done 2000 numbers of push up you can make it 4000 before month end if you are consistent, i will give my push up tomorrow evening.

Team work has always been the best. You can crush numbers you couldn't have done alone. The motivation alone is something else. I remember when I used to go to the gym with my group, it used to be draining because we would do alot, pushing each other to be better and attain new strength and height.
It's definitely better if you can do the exercises in a group. But these push-up exercises usually have to be done alone. Generally table shows how different everyone's perspectives and experiences can be. I think tracking through a table is a great thing to do and it will increase motivation on the one hand and allow you to see your progress before your eyes.
