What kind of round is this?
Literally no team is a must pick this time around.

I think this will be the round with most diversity in the picks. Forest actually looks the best bet.

Wonder who falls into the Arsenal trap again..

Man, this is most difficult round to pick. I have chosen 3 teams with lot of struggle and I have no idea what to choose for remaining 2 spots. Most of usual picks this week have difficult matchups where it be difficult to score a lot.
Too bad there is no Liverpool and Newcastle in this round as they play Carabao cup final. @darbit, such situations doesn't happens often, but maybe next time it would be possible to replace not available teams when it's initially known thattheir game is postponed?

Im in the same boat , i really feel like with my picks im giving so much advantage or they are very risky, but it was impossible to choose other ones betters than that.

About your question, yes.... i really want to do it, for next season (if we are still having the contest) for sure. I had written it was gonna be replacements, but when i read it again i feel like i can be target of objetions and i have to make it much more clear, for example instead of simply said im gonna fill with teams from the remaining, i have to writte something more like, "the next team in the same league enters as replacement".

I can only agree with general sentiment about the difficulty of this round. Definitely the toughest one to pick as far as I can remember. Let's see who will profit from this one. I am guessing nobody since this should be a low scoring round.

Let's see who will profit from this one. I am guessing nobody since this should be a low scoring round.

Even a low-scoring round can hurt you - I expect big fluctuation in points here. At least 10 teams will have 5 or more picks this time around.
I think that the only team that can hurt me a lot in this round is Arsenal - but I don't see them scoring many goals against anybody at this point in time.

Uh. It's a bad coincidence, but I have to say that you have the wrong way of looking at the upcoming round - you see all the pairings and have to check the dates, it's too complicated. When I make a selection I choose the "next games" option and it clearly states which clubs are playing in the next few days.

Yep, this should be the correct approach - we have 'stupidity bufer' in place for a reason

The fact that his replacement team is Bayern doesn't help him much though.

What a disaster Napoli do in the Serenissima Republic of Venice. I avoided them because i knew they are not looking good in the island city.

Mafia guys tough they were locals only because Venice foundations are timbers from Croatia, they got caught in the trap.

I cant believe how in this last rounds i was so close to cut gaps against my rivals but ended up not being possible plus not only that they open more gap against me....

Yup, have to admit I did not expect this. Had 2 terrible picks and 2 great ones, overall proved to be another balanced round - I thought the points variance would be much higher in this one.

Yikes, It was another close one for me. I scored 12 points with Napoli scoring 0... I knew I shouldnt even consider any team on Serie A aside from Inter.

What even worse was that Bayer scored that last minute 4th goal. If only they stay on 3 goals then it would have been 12 overall for Omikifuse and I could have win from the tiebreaker. I lost count on how many times Im actually pretty close on winning the round

A very interesting round (although I am not happy with my result) but the funniest thing is that the most conservative pick won: Bayern, Bayer, Real, Inter, Barcelona... You can make such a pick even with your eyes closed, without even checking who is playing with whom in this round  
The national team games have crept up unnoticed and are once again breaking the sense of integrity. I want the Champions League not in three weeks but today and tomorrow!

Take into consideration is gonna be a long week, since we dont have Premier League in the weekend im gonna took into this round the games from the Premier League from the next midweek (round 30 of PM).

Although I am skeptical about the games of national teams, I must contradict you, this break was not boring at all. Super fruitful games for goals, various squabbles between players of Brazil and Argentina, Guler and Sloboslai, etc. Passion has returned to football, this cannot but please. Now, when some teams have already lost motivation, and others are saving their strength for the cups, many games in the national championships are pure despondency.
