I checked the fixture for the upcoming week a little bit — not too much to look at, so you really didn’t miss anything. Yes, I also think we’ll see many teams with 0–1 goals in their tally. As for Liverpool and Arsenal, that match might finish 1–1 or, in the best-case scenario, 2–1 for Arsenal. But it’s good to see last season’s 1st and 2nd place teams face off at the start of the season. I completely avoided the EPL teams this round, base focus on La Liga teams.

You write it in the thread but not in the form as well, if you could add it there too it would help me and probably some others too.

When the teams plays against each other is super difficult to guess, i mean you can have a super game with ton of goals or a super defensive one.

I remember last year we have one who was crazy i think it was a Real Madrid Barcelona who ended like 4-3 or 4-4 for example.

Well actually their last 5 h2h are full of goals though. Its gonna be an interesting strategy to even pick both of them. I used to do the same last season with El Clasico, picked both Real Madrid and Barcelona for 4 and 3 goals

Yep and I picked them both. I won that round although it was only with 15 goals in total  Both myself and FM were the one that had Barcelona and Real Madrid together

It can be a good one, since i dont finish to polish the prizes i think i can make some of that so even the people who fall behind have something to fight for.

Yeah, I agree it's minor and if it was not such an easy thing to do for you, I would not ask it at all.

I filled it incorrectly once, and it was actually lucky for me - I looked at the wrong week but the teams I picked outscored the ones I would have picked

Ya I have a feeling 0-0 is coming a lot, I doubt Liverpool get involved in another 5 goal game but you never know. Its Arsenal and they played 2-2 quite a lot, but 2 goals is not winning you anything in Cross League anyway

I think we can also see Serie A teams maybe smash some records?

For failing in the submission? Yes, as i wrote before and is in the OP.


- "When you miss a deadline you are gonna play with only 4 teams. This 4 teams comes from the  teams from your last round minus one which is gonna be the one who score the most goals in the missed round. If a reshufle happens and one of the teams is not longer in the game, that team is gonna be replace with the new team, if more than one team change in that specific round im gonna take the one who scores more as replacement(it has to be from the same league)."


So for example if you fail to submit before the deadline you are gonna receive:

"Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, Barcelona", but one is gonna take out, which is gonna be the one who score the most in the missed round.

Interesting google it got me there lol sometimes, in my culture, especially if you play games together, the punishment is in a way that everyone gets to 'punish' the one, but it is in a assurance that everybody will get their turn to be punished. Which is not always the case in our pools I believe some people still have 100% track record of submitting lol

Well seems like i start again in a bad way this round, Chelsea dont giving me the sweet goals i needeed, i know it was a little bit riskier but i feel like they can score 3 goals in their home against Fulham.

At the time of writing, I can say I'm not close to last week's record, but I've got five goals. By the way, I'd like to add that Eintracht, whose are often overlooked for us, managed to secure 3 goals.

Some very poor performances we are seeing right now just before the first international break window.

For example Napoli making a super patetic game against Cagliari and winning it at the very last moment.

I dont blame the 3 persons who picked them because beforehand they look like a good pick, i avoid them just because they dont have a really good number 9 after the Lukaku injury.

Out of all the teams, I think Man City and Inter were the most disappointing — especially for me, since I had bets placed on them. As predicted, it was a low-scoring week overall.

Now we head into the international break, which annoys me. We’ve all waited patiently for club football to return, and now there’s already a pause. Frustrating!

City are rubbish, they had no chance to score many goals against Brighton.
I am annoyed that I foresaw Barcelona's problems and played against them (even though 14 people picked them), but Inter, Napoli and Chelsea let me down so I got no benefit from this move. It's a shame to take a risk, guess correctly, but not get any profit from it. It is precisely under this scheme risk does not pay off at all in the long run.
