It wasn't same before the last update. If someone applied this, an username "hidden" would be there. See Magakaisa have this from the beginning and their username is hidden #11

Lemmetry was having $89,000 volume with $1500 prize, way higher than everyone else but disappear from the top few hours ago, why that if I may ask?

For sure, it's not because they stopped playing. If they no longer played, their wagered amount would remain the same and wouldn't reset. 
I only played once and registered under this Yeet bitcointalk leaderboard contest, yet I'm still in the top 20. 
Your wager amount will reset only when the leaderboard contest itself resets.

It wasn't bug. I explained earlier. However, it has been solved. You can now hide your username from the list but you can't hide the wagered amount from the list.

It really looks like an exciting and rewarding poker tournament but the specifics are yet to be revealed. Since the prize money for even the smallest winner is $80 and the total prize pool is large it is likely that the buy in will be somewhere between $10–$50. Hopefully this amount will be fair and accessible.

Good news! We have a poker tournament every other Tuesday.  The next being August 4th. All you have to do to qualify is wager 10k to become Silver VIP or higher.  This will likely change to 50k wagered to be Gold or higher soon though.

Just get here in what you are talking about here, so it means that for example you joined events and you are included in the leaderboard ranking like the top 20 and you are here because you enter their criteria to list the leaderboard even if you come to the day when you can stop just as long as no one can handle what you have done?

I've been playing gambling for a long time but I've never experienced it to be included in the leaderboard because it's not so easy to do because its wager requirements
are high unless it is a small amount of casino gambling players online

I know you, you can do it. Looking at your gambling history, it doesn't seem impossible. At least you'll definitely get a good position. LOL

It really depends on the gambler. You can wager high volume on in-house games like Dice, Limbo, and some other games. I mostly played Limbo to wager over 2K so far. It is pretty easy to wager on low payouts if you want. But if you keep placing bets on low payouts, you will eventually drain your balance. The only thing you will get is a wager. But I think in-house games are tempting.

I often get triggered and place max bets. Unfortunately, luck does not always go with you. If I place higher bets, I usually lose the bet. Then I continue to place big bets to recover the previous bet loss and that's how I end up getting busted.

To join wager contest, people need to have many things, not only money. Like knowledge about wager contest, risk of losing money, chance and how to win a wager contest, and how to control their bets in order to secure their inital fund and manage to finish the contest with top ranks in leaderboard.

It's not an easy task for any participants and bets are always addictive and have potentiality of emotion emerge so that the more times you bet, the higher probability that you will bet emotionally. It will be start of some bad bet decisions that are enough to drain out your initial gambling fund. Your experience is classic like what the others experienced too but it must be known by newbies in gambling and your advice means a lot to them.

As far as I know, when it comes to wagering contests, doesn't it mean that the accumulative bet you made when playing gambling at a casino must be large,
whether you win or lose on each bet you make?

And you're right when you say that it's not easy to do, something I agree with, just being on the leaderboard is also quite difficult to do.

First of all, congratulations on managing another project.

In my opinion, the ALTT environment is increasingly thriving, with interesting discussions about Mixers and Casinos. There're many ads and marketing campaigns being created, as well as raffles. What's missing there are casino-related campaigns.

It also took me a while to get involved there, but it's been a great experience.

But it's worth investing your time and building brands through ALTT as well.

bitmover and I are the most active members of our local community.


Built in 14 months and the platform already launched as native games, this is excellent, as I can only imagine how complex it's to build a casino's backend, choose the visual identity, and the entire frontend.

Unfortunately, the casino isn't available in my region.

You're really brave to take risks. By the way, what position are you in with the money you spent? If you don't make it into the top 20 wagers, you'll certainly lose money. However, if you make it into the top 20, you'll definitely make a small profit. At least your capital is safe.

That's the good thing about joining wagering contest; it's like having another chance of winning in different way even if you’re losing money in regular play.

I have the same thoughts, even if you lose in a game you still have another chance, but if you lose it's also normal, at least you've tried and you won't regret it later if you don't try at all, sometimes things that are difficult for us to imagine are actually quite easy to get and vice versa, the point is the more you try the more opportunities you have

Good idea to get over there, but this forum has it's very own altcoin section that is thriving too - but I guess from the casino perspective any extra source of traffic is a winner. Not sure about discussion of mixers, since they are banned here and probably not something that a legit casino needs to get anywhere near. As you say though, when a casino is able to offer unique and original games it shows an extra level of commitment because there seem to be loads of cookie cutter sites popping up that do the bare minimum like sticking a custom template on a resold backend. Custom development definitely requires a lot of scrutiny as you have to learn all the security aspects in house.

I agree with you that all participants have the right to privacy and we must respect that right. But since this contest was designed for bitcointalk forum members, the casino must provide a way (I don’t know how, but I’m sure we can be figure something out) to verify that all participants are indeed members of the forum and that their accounts were created before the launch of this contest.

This would prevent any possibility of manipulation and prevent the rise of any doubts about the fairness of the contest.
