I just noticed that BitcoinTalk was removed from the Yeeter leaderboard. I planned to participate on the last day of each event, but I eventually forgot to do so when the last day came. That happened over the previous two events. I just wanted to check the latest event and realized that Yeeter had not removed BitcoinTalk from the leaderboard. This is probably because the amount of wager is not good enough compared to the prize pool they allocated for the BitcoinTalk community. I hope they will organize more events for the community.

IIRC, those active tournaments on Yeeterboard are still ongoing when Bitcointalk contest was concluded while the team decided to postponed tournaments that will just start to give way for their upcoming promotion and released of sportsbook on October.

I just hope they still continue Bitcointalk contest until they released the sportsbook since the contest last for 2 which is same duration to the potential release of sportsbook.

Anyway let’s wait for the team announcement next month for the future of their tournament. Their signature campaign is also halt so they might trying to adjust their marketing based on their new feature to announce  later.

it's only temporarily suspended, and i don't think the wager amount was the reason. they are preparing to launch their sportsbook next month, and it looks like they are just hitting the brakes on the promotion stuff so they can go full speed once it's out.

Excellent topic, I didn't know it existed. And it's great to know it's being updated regularly. I believe you can register the Yeet contest in a Telegram notification bot to help display the leaderboard.

I have asked lm about the prize, and he told me it is close $900 (without bounties I am assuming). You are totally right, securing top positions in any tournament is not easy and it is very very tough if the number of participants are couple of hundreds. As far as the length of the tournament is concern, it should be around 3-4 hrs (if you reach deep ).
Maintaining your composure and taking right decisions, every time is very tough.

Oh I am going to join the telegram group for reminder of contest, I have missed a lot of them because I don't have notifications but now I will be more active with those contest and trying my luck at few of them, I hopefully that everything will play out in my favor when I start, I use to check the game and round to see such contest, but now that I join the telegram group I will get direct notifications from there.

Well, it is up to the company if they want to keep the contest running for a specific community. But I think they should run it for a few more months so the players accumulate enough wagers. I have been planning to reach the $10K wager so I can play poker, but as I said, I missed the tournament twice, which is why I was waiting for the next wager contest. My alarm repeated the other day, so I went to the leaderboard and noticed that the BitcoinTalk special leaderboard was removed.

It is not easy to convince the whales. A brand need to be steady with the campaign on the forum. But most of the clients do not understand these things. IDK what yeet is planning. But I am sure they will do better if they hear their campaign manager.

They have already managed to get a decent attention from the gamblers of Bitcointalk by running the exclusive leaderboard contest. The house might have failed to generate enough revenue by running the exclusive contest. Because they are also giving us rakeback, rank-up, weekly, monthly bonuses for our wager. Based on my observation, the total bonus and leaderboard prizes were more than the possible house commissions. However, I believe they will bring the Bitcointalk contest back.

You have to change your wager plan. They changed the requirement almost one month ago. Now you need to be at least Gold VIP rank user to be eligible for the bi-weekly poker tournament. And $50k wagering is required to reach gold rank.

Fuck me, I am dead. I don't want to wager $50k to become eligible to play the poker tournament. 10K wasn't too much, to be honest. I should have done it a long time ago and played the first two tournaments. I wagered around $5K on the first wagering contest and then had no chance to participate since I became too busy with real-life things and other forum stuff.

Nah, you were right that I have to change my wager plan. I think it would be best not to chase the 50K anymore but just play for entertainment or participate in other wagering contests.
