He is right. The devs only should "explain". But since the code is still not open, they wont. As far as I can tell from my experience, the PoI seems to work great though.

There's a bit truth in the statement, that "PoI looks like the old PoS with ..."

Basically number of transactions in beta-network is pretty high, but there are two issues:

• number of accounts is kinda limited
• from real-life perspective, transactions looks almost like random (and transactions' graph)
  
  • (reason for that is simple, people are playing with bots and network itself)

Second point is important, as that is not how things look like in real-life. You can take a look at bitcoin's blockchain or NXT's blockchain

I said you don't have any facts, so let's wait what the devs say + whitepaper + source code. That's all I said.

Im no mathematician but this is the equation that I will use for myself

NEM marketcap in dollars/total amount of NEM   and then divide this figure by the price of BTC in dollars.

as in example...  90000000/ 8999999999 = 0.01       and then.   0.01/ 384.00 = 0.00002604166

or....    ( NEM marketcap in dollars /total amount of NEM )
          ------------------------------------------------------
                       (  price of BTC in dollars )

Not sure why you'd be interested in it's FIAT value though - selling will be the furthest thing from my mind as i know in the many months after release, NEM's true value won't be realized.

yes, thats good sharing that site Thingamajig.  There will be some of us who want to sell a portion of their share I am sure for various different reasons and that could come in handy for them.

I may set a very small percentage of my coins at a ridiculously high price which will probably not be reached in the early days or even later.

I wish to keep my coins for investment in the Asset Exchange....
