It's possible and not complicated. Just use the same NEM-Account for all redemption-tx.
If you wanna make it even easier send all of them to one NXT-Account and then redeem all stakes with one tx.

I agree but please dev and NEM team do not give ETA launch and then delay as you can lose credibility instead give updates, Please can you give us the latest updates.
