While the team is still busy developing the new PoM (pools and registration mode),Magi will launch another interesting campaign. On request, there will be launched a "Proof of Interest" campaign. More information will follow this evening. I can also inform you that delivering new merchants can provide a reward of at least 100 XMG up to 1000 XMG. Depending on the size and type of merchants. Proof of interest! Sounds good Tell us more Magical ? Right. Magi has some awesome campaigns coming. The new PoM will protect the network and gives the miners the option to collect some more XMG . This will also support the smaller miners. But more about that later. The Proof of Interest is different. The goal for the Proof of Interest is to support the people who hold the XMG in their wallet or use them as payment. It could also give a positive effect on the exchanges and the value of Magi. Because people don't need to sell XMG directly to receive benefit. If they use XMG as payment for merchants it will not effect the amount of interest. Iám working on the rules right now. Anonymous investors donate 25.000 XMG for this campaign. To be continued! Thanks mate, you're awesome.

lokking for best cpu coin to mine, is it this one ? Yes. Absolutely. 100%. And can i ask a noob question: why the block amounts decreased to 1-5 those days, not 20-40 anymore? XMG block rewards are variable from 0 to 50 XMG according to the total network hashrate (which is itself derived from the time taken to mine previous blocks). Under Windows, it is possible to target the mining effort to those times when block rewards are higher. See xmg.makejar.com and try out the excellent Sweet Spot miner.

Hi Spexx, Im using your XMGpoolminerWin64, but is there anyway to add proxy parameter? I have to run minerd directly at work because i cant set proxy parameter in XMGpoolminerWin64 program. Or is there any way to setup multiplex mode with minerd directly? Thanks

Or is there any way to setup multiplex mode with minerd directly? Thanks You can add the proxy parameter as an additional minerd switch. The Setup program will prompt you for this information with the question "Do you wish to add any custom switches to the minerd command line?" and offer a text input box. You should type in this box the following:- --proxy=[PROTOCOL://]HOST[:PORT] where PROTOCOL, HOST and PORT are your required proxy address. There is no way to set up multiplex mode directly, nor is there any way to force fail-over in the event of a mining pool going offline, which is why I wrote the software wrappers to do it Hope this helps.

Windows XMG Miner Speed ControllerBug fixI discovered a bug in this utility. Oops. I made a mistake in some copy/paste editing and left some extra lines of useless code in a couple of places. In one case this had no effect, but in the other case if you selected 20 percent CPU usage limit the miner process(es) would go into a permanently suspended state. Not good. If you have the current version of this software, I bet that you will not be able to resist the temptation to go and try this one out right now. Yeah! Go ahead. Make my day Obviously I have fixed it now and there is a bug-fixed version available on the usual link:- https://www.dropbox.com/s/wbtmlktiy32b3xw/XMGMinerSpeed.exeDownload the executable file and run it. This is a self-extracting Zip file which extracts to folder C:\XMGminer\MinerSpeed by default. Once unzipped, run C:\XMGminer\MinerSpeed\Setup.bat which creates a startup script and desktop icon for you. If you have downloaded this utility before, then you do not need to run the Setup.bat file again. Happy hashing

Oh i see, thank you, you are so great Spexx You are very welcome. I should have included a tip about using --proxy in the dialog window in the same way as the tip about --benchmark there. I have a new release of this software coming soon and will include more help where needed. Your query there proves the need for it.
