Don't you think that verifying the cell phone number at a gambling site is annoying and they should discontinue this feature. Why do they need our phone numbers to be verified ? For 2fa, google verification is much better than the SMS verification.

If you ask Live Support they can usually tell you. I know I got several bonuses in the past and I just asked live support in which games I could use it and they gave me a list within minutes.

I used 2FA and mobile number at Fortunejack and neither was a great hassle to setup or use ever that I can remember.  Its personal preference which is easiest, sometimes I have a blackspot issue in terms of coverage so 2FA can be the more immediate of the two but mostly not found a reason to avoid either.    Had a FJ account since 2015, about as long term solid as you could hope for tbh.

May be new verision is not working properly because I am also facing some problems and login is also taking some good time but support is very active and giving replies very quickly its very good part of Fortunejack so hopefully this will able to fix this all in near future and we will able to have good view of site again because right now I am unable to place sports bets on soccer.

Try clearing the cache of the browser you're using and use another connection if you can.  It could be just you since nobody else is having the same complaint.

I always have several browsers, sometimes helps a speedy fix to just alter setup slightly.  Some allow flash some dont, one I need specifically for the old Silverlight platform theres always something useful on each imo.   If you have a spare browser, you can do a full reset of the settings and cookies, cache and that can be necessary to reset your progress on a site then relog.    Ctrl-F5 is the fastest way to refresh properly, in some cases you might need to reset or turn off your router for 10 minutes or more and most people just try another computer but then you need to be careful to log out etc.   A couple of websites check status of a website and can show some history maybe, like if you google downforeveryoneorjustme.

I have no issue opening the site in firefox browser.  I even tried on my mobile phone and the site is loading fine. There is some suggestion on how to fix the 500 Internal error

Restart the browser after clearing the cache and deleting the cookies. The 500 Internal Server Error is not often related to the caching issues but it is possible sometimes the issue will be fixed after you clear the browser cache and cookies. It is not something that you need a high technical knowledge.

i was having a similar issue (internal error server) on another sportsbook a few weeks ago, couldn't access the site through regular browsers but TOR did work, have you tried using this browser? also, did you update your browser (FF, chrome, whatever)? what about using FF in Safe Mode (without add-ons)? are you using a VPN? try sending a screenshot of that error to FJ support, see if they can forward it to the tech team

I have used 4 browsers: firefox(in safe mode), chrome,opera,safari. I tried tor for android.
I tried from 2 different pc and 2 mobile phones.xiaomi and samsung.with the default browses they had plus chrome.

2 years ago i had a similar issue with Blockchain wallet (browser wallet only, android app was working).Their system didn't sent an email to authorize my browser and give access to my wallet.I tried with a lot browsers.Their "technical" team didn't now where was the issue.they told me that the problem was mine.
After that i created a second account to Blockchain wallet and test it.My new wallet was sending me the email normally but my old not.I never understand how could i have the problem since the second account was working normally.

It does matter if you are playing in fortunejack as well, because there are so many scam websites out there that affects fortunejack as well. You and I could know why fortunejack is a legit place and would never scam you, however think of a person who got into crypto only 6 months ago, got into crypto casino world only 3 months ago, played in 2 places and all of which turned out to be a scam that doesn't pay you back and never see your money again and you find fortunejack as the new place everyone talks about greatly and you put money there and you face a problem, what would be your reaction?

You would think that would be your third time getting scammed. Obviously in the end you will realize fortunejack is not a scam, but the first reactions are sensible in this scenario.
