Personally never had any problems withdrawing at FortuneJack so I can only say good things,,, but I understand that some players of course have issues. As explained by other users,,, just take the time to do what is required. Be patient and be respectable and everything will sort itself out if need be. That is one of the most common reasons why people have hard time withdrawing, they use a casino and gamble with a ton of money and they cheap out on VPN and use some free VPN option which makes their IP to be same with thousands of other people. I don't know what the case is for the person above but dude basically claims that fortunejack which has been around for centuries in crypto years could be a big scam and keeps your withdrawal if you win big.

We all have been here for years and I can tell you that everyone who lost money or even if they won it by a not allowed way keeps on trying to get their money. By this logic I could just double spend and win (eventually would win since it is free money) and when they stop me from doing this illegal thing, I can claim they do not pay me, is that fair to the casino?

Despite the fact of him/her violating the above-provided topics of FJ's Terms and Condition, we decided to give the deposit amount back. I tested a few casinos to see if they have active IP blocks for restricted countries. You can see the results in the thread.

I checked the TOS of FortuneJack this morning and noticed that you don't list the countries that you (as a platform) restrict. Instead, you have listed "Prohibited Territories per provider". Does that mean that players from any country in the world is welcome to gamble at FortuneJack if he doesn't play certain games from restricted providers?

Reading ToS, FAQ on casinos before or after you create your accounts but should read them before you make your deposits.

Not all casinos allow customers to use VPN or Tor on their casinos but I am sure there is no casino allows customers to own multiple accounts.

The problem is that most of the VPNs, especially free ones doesn't offer dedicated and unique IP adress. When more than 1 person uses the same adress on certain product, in this case on FortuneJack, this looks like that user has multiple accounts and is acts their Tos. You may ask why do you restrict our anonimity but again, buy VPN with dedicated IP. Casinos are usually a way of money laundering and it's their duty to lessen or get rid of it. For this reasons, from governments and regulations, they have to implement things thatay not be comfortable not only for you but not for them too. All that casino wants = more and loyal customers but under some circumstances.

@Raflesia you’re right as users accessing VPN are assigned the same public IP address which seems to be causing this issue, but then again it’s difficult to prove it too as people could be really using multiple accounts to exploit the site.

When connecting to the VPN, you will be assigned a unique private IP address, no other device on this VPN will have that IP address. However, you may be sharing the same Public IP with multiple VPN users, just like you.

VPN is really not the real issue, it is usually free vpn that causes this and not just VPN itself, or maybe a bad VPN if you paid for it.

Real VPN companies do not give the same IP to multiple people, they make sure that they create a new cloud computer that will be as basic as it gets and make you connect via them, since it is quite easy to do so and doesn't require much power the cost of that to them is probably few cents at most while charging like 4.9 or 9.9 dollars hence why they make a lot of money from it while still giving up unique and unused IP for yourself.

The bad ones do not even deal with that, just get bunch of IP and make everyone connect from that. In that case you connect to fortunejack all together and obviously it will be asked as a multi account and will not be paid.

Ya I do not really think that VPN is the real problem and personally,,, I am 99% on VPN (from office use because we only are allowed to connect to the internal systems) so I assume it is "high quality" but it makes me very slow everywhere.

At home, or on mobile I only use free vpn.

Either way, never get problems anywhere any time except with connecting speed.
