Bear in mind the importance of backup the code for later recoveries. Many people don't care to back up codes.

SMS codes are always inconvenient and we don't know that when local governments will ban SMS codes from international (external) companies to the nation. Sms code can be a problem whenever technical issue is involved but it also good to set it up to be incase ones account have comlication issue in the future it will be easy for the team to verify account ownership.

Once you complete the wagering requirement, you'll be able to withdraw the money. AFAIK not all money (in case you win huge), as I remember there is a cap on how much you can withdraw from a no deposit bonus. @hd49728 while there’s no doubt about Ronaldo’s quality as a football player, but he cannot play each and every match, and he needs to be rested often in order to maintain his fitness levels. I also know many here will not believe me as we all know that Ronaldo has great fitness levels, but Zidane himself had confirmed this that Ronaldo needs to be rested often so that he remains fit till the end of the season.

A few days ago I wanted to do a withdrawal and got the message that my email address needs to be confirmed first. I realized that I have never gotten a verification email, so I requested it again in account area. But I received nothing. It cannot be the email address, because I have received many FJ promotion emails since my signup weeks ago.

So I contacted the support which told me that there are problems with my email provider. I should use Gmail and Yahoo. I tried to make them clear that I only do not get the verification mail but I do get promotions mails from FJ, so email address should be not the problem. After some back and forth with the support I signed up for Gmail and changed my email address in the account and requested the verification email to my Gmail account. But again I did not receive a verification email, but after a few hours the first promotion emails (deposit bonuses etc) arrived   I contacted FJ support again that told me to request the verification email again, what I did without success.

It has now been three days now since my first support contact. It is getting really annoying. I also asked them to confirm my email address manually, because I write from the email address to the support so they can be sure that it is mine, but there was no response.

no-one seems to know what is happening. their support team told me at first that the problem is my browser and i must clear my cookies or try to login with chrome.i did what they told me and i tried 4 different browsers on pc and 2 different mobile browsers with the same result.

Just like what I experienced in verifying my cellphone number but their staff managed to renew my account, and precisely in the email verification problem I was on the topic of spam and there I found email verification, please check regularly your email whether it's in the spam folder

Don't you think that verifying the cell phone number at a gambling site is annoying and they should discontinue this feature. Why do they need our phone numbers to be verified ? For 2fa, google verification is much better than the SMS verification.

In my personal opinion, cellphone number verification is quite complicated, and what you are saying is true 2fa verification is far superior and simpler for FortuneJack users, there is not much we can do because they make it their main rule so that our accounts are verified
