Thanks, Wednesday is the start here in our timezone.  There are six of these matchdays.  And I saw that the team players I chose were scheduled to fight on Thursday for the 1st Matchday.  I will not be able to watch it live even if it is available due to the dawn here.

Why did you do this I bet and live. it is important for me that the bet is accepted at the moment when I click!

why did you ruin the normal operation of the site?

I specifically refresh the page every 5 minutes so that the authorization message doesn't pop up. But it still pops up !!!
it just pisses me off! Please FIX IT!

This is to prevent unauthorized attempt in each  user account but wait what? I think i have made this report a very long time ago as my account making a strange actions without known by me for example there is a bet on certain slot games while in my entire life i never touched that game.
Are you taking my advice from my previous inflict a financial loss without giving me a credit?
This is not the first time i guess as back in the days i was reporting the possible security leak , they thanked me but not rewarding me.
That time i think , oh okay they dont need it , they maybe have another option but then few months later they taken my advice and applying it to their security layers.

Even if you cant watch the match live, you can place the bet before and when you wake up, you will see the winning amount credited to your fortunejack account hopefully.

I am a bit disappointed that nothing has been done in allowing users to select their own fees, or at least introducing an economy, standard, priority slider. In a moment where the mempool had below 1MB of unconfirmed transactions, and a fee of 1-2 Sat/vByte would have been enough, FJ processed my withdrawal at over 15 Sat/vByte.

If I am not mistaken, didn't FJ have this option to let users chose the priority when withdrawing funds?

FJ processed your withdrawal with higher fee and you were not charged anything for it, why do you need to be disappointed?
Logically you should be happy for that as you pay nothing for your withdrawal but it was processed with higher fee than the normal fee.
IMO you should be disappointed if your withdrawal is processed with so low fee, then you can suggest them to add withdrawal fee with some different priority speed.
Or you might be disappointed if you are charged some fee but your withdrawal is processed with so low fee (cheaper than what you pay).

You are actually right. I relied solely on the information that their customer service representative gave me. She said it is the user who pays the transaction fees, not the casino. When the withdrawal was submitted I only looked at the dollar value of what I received. It was late and I wanted to go to bed. After I saw your replies I checked and you are right. The entire amount I withdrew was credited to my wallet and they paid the fees.

@FortuneJack you’re correct as Liverpool did purchase Thiago, and now he’s officially playing for them, and yes Arsenal has also purchased Williams so both have been assigned to their correct clubs. Furthermore I didn’t receive this promotion mail, and normally FJ mails do go to my promotion folder but I checked it’s not there too, so is there any link where I can view this promotion?.

Yes, correct, but in the Jackmate, Thiago is still in Bayern, while he should be at Liverpool, while Willian is still in Chelsea when he should already be with Arsenal. I didn't check a lot of clubs but if these two haven't been updated then I guess that means the whole new season's transfers haven't been done... Jota from Wolves to Liverpool for example.

I've already put my predictions in and seems I can't see anymore the selections so I can't check but Willian moved to Arsenal on 14 August, so at least 2 months worth of transfers probably not reflected;)

If you want to make sure you do not get something like that, after you log in and find the game you want to gamble, put a hold on it, wait until you should be ready and after the game starts depending on the games minutes just try to login again and again.

The usual reason is the simple fact that if you are using a browser that doesn't collect cookies like tor or if you just use a VPN or any other reason why website could see it fishy, they will reask for login basically, so all you have to do is that 5 minute refresh thing you are doing but also loging in on each of them and you will be fine. If you do not want any of this, just do not use a VPN and/or any other browser, just go to google and gamble normally and it shouldn't have this at all, normally that is not a feature fortunejack has for every single live bet.

Thanks for showing interest in Jackmate Fantasy, here is the guideline how points will be calculated (can be found in the Terms and Conditions):

Fantasy points will be calculated according to the following scheme: goal (+5 PTS), assist (+3 PTS), red card (-5 PTS), yellow card (-2 PTS), clean sheet for goalkeeper (+5 PTS), clean sheet for defenders (+3 PTS), goals conceded for goalkeeper (-2 PTS), goals conceded for defenders (-1 PTS), captain multiplier (2x PTS).

I maked my selection the 13 or 14,  and so now it is incomplete, I rest with just 3 players in my team
