I'm starting to get a bit frustrated with these "standard security checks" .  While it's advertised that withdrawals are usually done in a few minutes.   

From 22 withdrawals I've done in the last 31 days ,   I've had around 14 fall under this standard security check and having to wait until next day , or more if a weekend for it to go through .

so it's already more then 50 % of them get delayed , and it's not even about big amounts of $ , it's for withdrawal from a range of 30 $ to 400-500 $ ....

Check it guys maybe your country IP code is been blocked and you used a VPN to access the site and input your local number for verification, maybe that's the reason why it failed? But anyways if there's no problem regarding on that then a support answer regarding on this matter is needed since free spin upon new registration is really good for test though  .

What you say is really contradictory  I can access and use the service on their website, which means I don't need to use a VPN or anything else. Moreover, the phone number does not have any connection with a country's IP  Thanks for your advice, but it's really silly  I need their support for phone number format or something similar

I understand how you feel as I experienced the same delay due to security check for several times but I do not think you need to be worried about it. There must be at least a valid reason why you had 14 security checks out of your 22 withdrawal.
Hopefully Fortunejack can do something better related to this security check especially for loyal players like you, I mean something like an exception for loyal players.
AFAIK security check can be something related to the games you play as sometime game provider needs to check player's betting history. If this is the reason then Fortunejack cant do anything since FJ needs to wait for the check by the provider.

I'm not worried about it , I know I'll receive the withdrawal , it's just really frustrating to go through this delays so many times . And 99 % of the cases where withdrawal goes under standard security check is because the game provider needs to verify the winning sessions . In my case being some sports bets in the virtual section .  And it's even more frustrating that most probably I'll be stuck now til monday , since the day is almost finished and usually in the weekend these things don't get solved.

I get the whole patience is a virtue mombo jombo , but  I'd suppose having it happen  for 14 out of 22 withdrawals is a bit too much  .

Try to contact their support agents over the website, your problem will be handled faster then to wait for a reply in the thread.

I would suggest you do your own research regarding them. The best place to look for is youtube and online videos. Be sure get a referral link thrown at your face with a hefty welcome bonus. Upto you whether to accept those or not.

Probably it is good if you show it here the message that you received and what looks like or something image of a screenshot.

If you use that password on other websites you should consider changing it as soon as possible. FortuneJack has not sent such mails. I just checked the email registered with my FJ account and there is nothing.

It is a very bad security practice to click on links in emails and enter your login credentials. What you should have done is to visit the official site and check there if there is an active promotion going on.

@Indymoney as others have correctly said here this is indeed a phishing mail, and if you see all FJ mails before they were never so colourful which should have made you suspicious and you should not have clicked the link. Also it’s the weekend and they normally don’t provide support over the weekend so you’ll have to wait for their answer, and do make sure that you provide them with all the details so they may whitelist your IP address. Furthermore as you have been suggested do change your passwords asap, and I would even suggest you to check your device for viruses and clean them asap in case they’re found.

After reading here all I check my account on FJ and I also have same message but no email from FortuneJack about this bonus but this is available only for few slot games which never works for me and I lost all this in just 5 spins now again my account showing nothing please allow these bonuses for other games as well.

Whenever you receive any email check the link at the bottom of your browser before you go into them, not even click and check the link there because when you click and go to the website without even doing anything they might try to put something into your computer which would be very very risky, whenever you get something like that just hover over the link without clicking it and check what the link will be when you click it at the bottom of your browser.

I got the same type of phishing email yesterday for example from "apple" that basically said I have purchased 2500 gems from a game called war of nations, now I do not have any credit cards registered in my apple id so I know that its impossible, I checked where the mail came from which looked weird enough and then hovered over the link and saw that it was a fake so I deleted the mail.
