Some withdrawals are late due to the fact they need to have the game provider verify the game play , sessions etc.  if that's the case usually it takes around 24h , but if it's in the weekend / holiday it can take longer.

This should become their priority to improve the withdrawal processing system..
It's indeed annoying to wait your withdrawal for days , making you to think no sense possibility what's really going on.

When you are in the winning track and looking to withdraw it all but the site takes too much time to process it and then you get bored - cancel the withdrawal - try to play some games again - but then busted.
At this point the site has 0 faults but the players who cancel it impatiently,  who's to blame?

Sorry about that. I don't see any minor reason they would just hold back the cash or just "go to work and sit there" as you stated. It's their reputation at stake. Do you think they would risk intentionally holding your 0.2 BTC for the reputation they have built for years?

Maybe there is some little trouble or delays with the game provider, maybe not... try to keep in touch with them. I know it's frustrating when you want the money instantly but certain times, things don't go as planned

Since I think you already sent a message about your concern in their support, as you said in your previous about "confirm from the provider about your games", so this could be the problem that's why you got that problem since @wwzsocki said, he/she got no problem at all for withdrawing.
Can you share more about what other things they told to you? I think they already handling your concern, FortuneJack is a quality gambling website and already been years running well and kicking.

Calm down and relax, I know how it feels but the only thing you can do at the moment is waiting. I have experienced the same thing some time ago whan I requested a withdrawal from the affiliate program which was 10% of your withdrawal. Mine was sent after several days (5days if I remember it correctly).
Of course there was a reason why mine was delayed for several days. What I can suggest for you is to send a pm to FJ's official representative in this forum or contact him through discord. It is usually the faster way to solve the any issues compared to support email or live chat.

Look they are around here from long time and has very good reputation so far. I do not think for 0.2 BTC they are going to risk their reputation.  If they have standard procedure to follow then they will follow and asking 2 days is not that long to wait. If you have not done anything wrong then just calm down, your money will be in your wallet if everything is fine.

Furthermore, you can contact FortuneJack, PM him. Possibly this will accelerate the process.

We understand that you are frustrated on how the events turn on your side but the best thing to do is to chill out mate if you didn't violate any of their terms then your withdrawals will be processed on the said timeline maybe they just found something suspicious that's why they do a sort of investigation on your account. But if you think the timeline is long enough for you to wait maybe its best to contact them again to follow up your issue.

Well, keep calm, guy. You said that you have been using their platform for a year, you should understand their safety and reputation to the present. Typically, withdrawal requests will be processed almost immediately, your case is abnormal. Definitely there is a reason for you to wait, maybe a system failure, maybe a mistake during the game, who knows, they need to check and verify it, to give you the accurate  answer. There is absolutely no reason for you to worry about anything unless you are tying to cheat their system. When you notice that a withdrawal has not been processed for some time, they are doing routine security checks so have a look at your email to see whether or not they contacted you asking for some info. And be patient, especially during weekends. It's Easter holidays, some of their staff might be off duty and they are generally understaffed on weekends.
