The new site is way better and more responsive than the last update. I think this should be already an alpha if not a beta in terms of how good the UI is working, but of course there will be some bugs so beta is justified. Wondering how many more surprises  FJ has in store for its players during this period. Their team seems to be churning out stuff before you know it and in times of hardship this is a good sign.

This should work great for the gamblers because everyone likes a change in the times of dullness.

Man at that time I think I just had my 19th birthday or something. Too young to understand the scammers world. Yes, the calling process was costly and I think I saved the money from the part time work I used to do at that time. It looked believable to me [the story] so I gone that far LOL

Lucky me that I did not send any money upfront. If I can remember correctly then it was like $300+ at that time. He was asking to pay for administrative work or something. I remember I told him why not you spend from your pocket and once we have the fund then I will send the money and things like that.

I just noticed this update. The site looks nice but for me it is really hard to access using tor. But still I will try the new site later today and will try to bring some feedback on my experience.

PS: Can you ask the team to make the site more friendly for the users who use TOR? This captcha thing in every steps starting from visiting the homepage, before login in page, before 2FA page and etc. There are 3 to 4 times to solve the captcha before able to login and even after all this when you are logged in after certain minutes it logs out and you are going to go with the same lengthy process again to log in.

I really want to make FJ my home but this is what keeping me away from it. And I am pretty that I am not alone.

I like this new design and it was easy to find my way around. Looks good and it seems to me that it works faster now, is more responsive and user friendly.

Encountered only two problems.

First, I wasn't able to open the dice page. I tried multiple times in a few browsers, deleted cookies, updated, no adblocker, but still no success and only black screen.



Second, I wasn't able to open the sports page on both websites (new and the old one). Tried in a few browsers, deleted cookies, etc. - still nothing.

I have seen the warning message about only BTC withdrawals possibility and later nothing, again black screen, just like on the dice page.



I hope this helps a bit  .

Indeed it looks like a TOR browser problem because I have only to solve captcha once in the login process.

Maybe there are no cookies saved in your ToR browser (are they?), so with every click to a new page, you have to login again and new captcha has to be resolved.

Probably because the dice game is one of the first available game when Fortunejack came into this bitcoin gambling industry so it has its own tab while the other games under the Provably Fair tab are younger added games.
Talking about the look of the dice game, I prefer the old look as the new look has too big Font size. The combination between font color and background color is also looks better on the old site. Of course its all about preferences

Beta will definitely have to get improved, and the feedback from here is definitely going to help it as well, but right now there is a lot of time suspending and people are just staying at home, so I assume developers are at home as well.

Some say developers work better at home because they are in a more comfortable zone when they are at home but I believe that is not really true, I think developers work better at office because they have nothing else to do but finish the work, at home developers are smart enough people to just do whatever they have fun with on their PC, but at work they can't do anything but work. That is why this may take a bit longer than usual. However the concept of the Beta looks awesome, when its fleshed out it will definitely be awesome.

With all the sudden interest in online poker lately, I was wondering if FJ would be interested in running a poker site and start of poker network for crypto.

Something like what WPN is doing.  Different poker skins but sharing the same player pool under one network.

Poker is not really that easy to implement plus it takes a lot of players to make it sustainable. Right now, could be a good time to add it back in because there is no sports going on (or at least not the ones we really want) but let's not forget that fortunejack was a casino long before it ever started the sportsbook part of the website, so the people who can't gamble on sports could still very well gamble on the long standing casino part.

I can understand why it was cancelled, poker is not really that huge in crypto world because it turned online long before any other game ever did, blackjack, slots, DICE, plinko and many others became very known once again with crypto, poker however was online even before crypto was a thing, so to get those people to move to crypto is harder. However that doesn't mean they shouldn't restart it neither, I just get why it was closed, but I would understand if it was reopened.

It is a bit about google cache as well, meaning if you are on google and constantly solving captchas for some reason, eventually google will realize that you are actually a human and will not ask you for anything at all, even if there is a captcha to be solved you gonna click on it and it will not ask you anything at all.

When you are using ToR that is not happening, google doesn't know who you are or why you are there and so forth, each time you use it you are a brand new person, which is awesome if you think about the fact that you are not followed like google usually does, but at the same time google doesn't know who you are so you will be asked each time. It is a trade off, either stay anon and not be known and solve captcha each time, or just be followed by google if you are fine with it (I am) and don't solve any captcha if you already have a few times.

No, everything is working good (at least for me), I just can't see any way to withdraw the money on the new website.

It may be an error coming from your internet, can you try to access it using some other browser? I can still access normally, I think so many others too. While many other people here are experiencing on their website, you are the only one having problems, you should check from your side  In addition, I also tried to search and could not know where to withdraw money

Just want to say, what a great casinos you guys have built here, just surf around the site and very thing looks fine from my end also the new design looks very attracting and captivating to me. Your support system is one of the fastest that I have seen so far. Had some issue with my withdraw due to some changes with my IP address and within minutes of responding to the confirmations email recieved fromom the support center, that I was actually the user initiating the withdrawal, I got my coins in my wallet. That was fast.

PS: Just notice there's no referral promotion option on the site, that's I can't find a referral link on my account to promote casinos via other social media platforms. Why is that the case or if there's, can someone direct me to where I can find my referral link.
