Saw a no deposit bonus email (wager 5x the bonus, then deposit 2x the final win amount to get it credited), but when I went into my account to check, there wasn't any bonus to activate. Not complaining, just informing;)


The email you received mentioning the btc/mbtc bonus? after clicking activate make sure your account is in the BTC method you will see the wager progress  above

Yesterday I took the 500 free spins code, made more than $150 eventually. Requested a withdrawal but Fortunejack asks me to do KYC in order to process the withdrawal. I'm not sure what to do but I think I will not do it as I'm a type of player who do not want to do KYC for such small amount of money.
Yesterday I was able to claim the free spins code too. The free spins was given in Yak, Yeti & Roll slot game. Luckily I won $170 (0.0036 BTC) from the free spins. I also got the maximum hit of that game from those free spins, it was 200× of the base bet amount Wink



After completing the free spins I placed few more bets with the winning amount. Then I requested for a withdrawal and FortuneJack asked me to do the KYC verification. Personally I don't like the KYC process. I'm in gambling since last few years and I have played at so many casino, but I didn't need to do this process at any of them. So, I was confused whether to complete the KYC process or not. I was planning to not go through KYC process, but finally I have done it after 8 hours and they sent my withdrawal after 6 hours of my KYC verification.

I still think that giving your KYC is not stopping abuse, if a person wants to, they could always get at least 10 national ID and pictures from people, consider yourself, your parents, your spouse, your friends and you got yourself at least 10 and you could still abuse it. I have seen too many phome miners who do many different things like this to not really consider this as a solution, sure it would stop people from doing thousands, but it would not be stopping it for good.

Axie has the same "you can't play from same phone" stuff, so people buy like 100 cheap phones and start 100 different accounts and be scholars there and earn like 5k+ dollars thanks to that. If they want to give out free prizes, then it should be free prizes, if you keep doing "oh you should win at least x much" or "you should do KYC before you can withdraw" and so forth, it is not really free.

My account is only in BTC on FJ actually, and previous bonuses were present in my Bonus tab after visiting, regardless of whether I click the link from email or not. They blocked your account. Write to them and they will let you in for identity verification. And then they might ban you because they don't like your ID

They asked you to do KYC when you requested a withdrawal from the free spins winning in the previous week and you haven't done it. Maybe you got the email today as you haven't replied to them. Previously they blocked my account for being inactive (for not making deposits). They sent me a massage and asked me to contact their support within 14 days to avoid the account suspension. I contacted the support and they said making a deposit is the only solution to avoid the suspension. We have discussed about it here before (click to see).

BTW, I was able to login after receiving the message and they had blocked my account one month later. Maybe the situation is different in your case. And I think passing the KYC verification is the only solution there to regain the access of your account. My new account is KYC verified and I have made deposits too. So, I'm not expecting to see any inconvenience in the future.

Today I received an email that I need to pass the KYC during 14 days after the request from Fortunejack, otherwise my account will be terminated and all funds will be confiscated. I tried to login to my account after noticing this email but I cant login, is there something wrong here? Anyone facing login issue like me? Posting it here while waiting the answer from live support.
Does your account have a balance in it?
I know Fortunejack is now stricter rules so using some of the bonus codes that you get is closely monitored but all of them have to wait for an answer from support because this problem of course they will answer it.

I also faced this issue so just because of this now my account is also suspended, and I am not able to withdraw any amount having contact with support now trying to pass KYC which is going to take time due to some my documents issue, so I am feeling I will lose my funds which I won from some free promotions. Hopefully after having my documents I will try to create new account and first thing is passing KYC because now it's must on many casinos and exchanges otherwise many members facing serious issues.

I'm guessing did you follow/claim the recent promotion and win? we know Fortunejack is always like that when a user wins a promotion then KYC will be applied
If indeed you do not claim anything and there is no balance there, then it is not difficult for you to make a choice leave and find another  Cheesy

I believe you must have contacted the support during weekends that’s why you feel they’re so slow, because there’s minimum support available on weekends, but other days the support is very fast on the site.

Yes I did claim the 500 free spins and requesting a withdrawal after that then they asked my to do KYC. It seems that my account is blocked, I have contacted live support as well as send an email because I cant login. If they give me 14 days to complete KYC, they should have not blocked my account until the given 14 days expired. Lets see how it goes, I have nothing to worry obviously.
