I'm guessing did you follow/claim the recent promotion and win? we know Fortunejack is always like that when a user wins a promotion then KYC will be applied
If indeed you do not claim anything and there is no balance there, then it is not difficult for you to make a choice leave and find another

Yes I did claim the 500 free spins and requesting a withdrawal after that then they asked my to do KYC. It seems that my account is blocked, I have contacted live support as well as send an email because I cant login. If they give me 14 days to complete KYC, they should have not blocked my account until the given 14 days expired. Lets see how it goes, I have nothing to worry obviously. I know Fortunejack is now stricter rules so using some of the bonus codes that you get is closely monitored but all of them have to wait for an answer from support because this problem of course they will answer it.
So far I haven't experienced the same thing as you, but if there is a problem, even the chat support that I contacted directly, the account can still be logged in.

Few weeks back I was really against this KYC but now suddenly I have serious trouble on few sites, so now I am trying to solve issues with the help of relative supports because now I have some good funds on few sites and all asking for this which is awful but no other option available. ^ Definitely right, their money, their rules and as a participant we should be thankful with that amount so that and have a potential to get them.
