Any of you guys had more luck than me in fortunejack promotion for last weekend?
My results from Majestic7 Matchday28, I did correctly predicted that Mahrez will score for City, Toney for Brentford, and Saka for Arsenal, but that's about it.
I missed other four matches and I didn't win anything this time, moving on to Macthday29 now.

I got 4 right scores... Pukki, Saka, Kane, Coutinho. Idiot me picked Ronaldo early, he wasn't even available. Also picked Salah when I was 50/50 about Mane, but if Liverpool are on the lineup any time now for MajSev, I'll stick with him.

In fact, I'm sticking with all my selections as above except Ronaldo (and they play Spurs anyway so Kane moves him out). They're on fine form, every one of them. Thing is, they gotta score more than assist huh

My final selection: Pukki, Saka, Kane, Ziyech, Zaha, Jimenez JWProwse.

Tried to make an account on FortuneJack only to realized that my email is taken because I already had an account. I contact support and the agent tell me: Don't worry, just make a new account, which is what I did.

Few days ago I needed a file from my old job interview, and I found an old coinbase email:
On September 06, 2016 you purchased 0.18162522 BTC for $150.00 CAD from Visa credit ********6013. Those funds are now available in your account.

Followed the transaction on BTC explorer to realize that I've deposited all of it on FortuneJack. I don't remember depositing on this site, but I had no clue how BTC worked and probably thought I lost it in the process because I was dumb and knew nothing of crypto.

So I decided to contact them and they reply:

Please, be  informed, that If You do not log in to Your Account for a consecutive period of 12 (twelve) months or if no deposit has been made for a consecutive period of 6 (six) months after registering and opening the Account on the Website, Your Account will be considered a "dormant account" and We may block and terminate such dormant account any time after the lapse of above-mentioned time period. Any monetary funds available on such dormant account may be removed by us without a further obligation to refund. Before removal, We will use reasonable efforts to reach and notify You about the removal of funds via the most current contact details You have provided to us.

And obviously I have all the emails of FortuneJack and their last one is:

Nothing about the desactivation of my account, or warning and about the funds. This is not use of reasonable efforts to reach and notify. They did nothing of to help me remember or know about the situation.
Now that I know a lot more about crypto, I followed the transaction and it's still dormant in the wallet which has not been touch since 2016.

They don't care about they customers, they will not help you if you have an issue with them.

I understand your disappointment somewhere, but did you actually find out by accident that you still had money on the site? Otherwise you would be doing it much sooner. Many sites have things like that in their terms and conditions. If you are not active as a customer, sites reserve the right to suspend accounts and possibly confiscate funds. Those are the consequences. It is not right that you put Fortune Jack through the corpse, after all you made the mistake yourself by not logging in for 6 years.

Weird thing last night is that Pukki, Jimenez, Coutinho all scored -- and it's technically still in the same Match Day round as our next picks are for following games. All 3 are also on my picks for the next round, so I'm not wondering if it's too much to ask them to score again -- it would be a third game running for Pukki if he does and that does seem to be pushing my luck!

Leeds looked utterly lost and broken last night, I love Raphinha too and he's always in my picks but I wouldn't be backing him -- Bamford, however, is back from injury and looked the most likely last night to score even with only a cameo!

The decision taken from our end was taken as per section of the privacy and policy you've already mentioned above.

On top of it, all the dormant accounts have been contacted few months in advance before the date of the termination, so there's nothing to be done, as you clearly did not take the action after receiving the notice from the team.

I have no doubt that you take the time to contact your users to avoid this situation, but in 2016-2017 this was clearly not the case. The fact that you did not try to rectify the situation clearly demonstrates a lack of professionalism.

Trust me, if there is one team that is more broken than Leeds that is Norwich with worst attack and worst defence in league.
They only scored seven goals away from home, and Raphina scored last time they player against them in 2021 so I am hoping he will repeat that.
Leeds must win this match to avoid danger of relegation and I can't believe Everton is below them on table.

You might be disappointed and I'm sure most people will feel the same as you including me but we should also realize that it is also part of our own fault where we forgot about our money in online services. It is true that any online services should remind their players once the accounts are going to be closed,  in this case FJ claims that they have informed you but you claim that you have never received any email from them. All in all, there is no way for others to prove which claim is true.

@tokeweed you have selected well, but I have my doubts about Havertz and Raphinha scoring and don’t get me wrong they could definitely score, but looking at their stats I feel that they won’t be able to score. Norwich destined for the drop long ago, though actually they're still more likely to score through Pukki than through Raphinha at the moment when it comes to Leeds v Norwich. Leeds are brilliant on the attack but they've been cowering in their shells lately and losing Bielsa is a huge spiritual and psychological blow, unlike Norwich who seem to have gotten over losing Farke, who was their talismanic manager in recent Premier League campaigns.

Bamford I'd pick over Raphinha right now, but still, I hope one of us gets it!

Hmm, if you think you are going to loose your all bets that you place, are you sure that gambling is something for you? Playing on casino games is all based on luck, but for placing bets on sports also knowledge, how good you follow the market, statistics, ... play a role. Whenever I place a bet, I always think it will be a winning one, otherwise I would never place the bet.

Hmm, if you think you are going to loose your all bets that you place, are you sure that gambling is something for you? Playing on casino games is all based on luck, but for placing bets on sports also knowledge, how good you follow the market, statistics, ... play a role. Whenever I place a bet, I always think it will be a winning one, otherwise I would never place the bet.

This does not mean i lose all of my bets. I win quite a few but again even in sports betting upsets may happen. It's just my mindset that i think that i place a bet on a strong team but the upset will happen to make me lose. Last night should have been a hitter for most people. Ronaldo I switched out for Kane and he got his penalty so I'm safe on the first selection. We'll know today who's got a shot, I see a lot of people also have Saka (my fav) and Kane, so we'll have a lot of supporters here.

GL to all you Leeds backers but I'm foreseeing another penalty from Leeds conceded, and Pukki to tuck it away.

I would guess that if the ToS clearly states something, and then you ignore it or haven't seen it and just moved on, then the support staff are limited to a certain point to help you out. I am not saying that you shouldn't be helped, all I am saying is that support staff has only a limit where they can help you. After a certain threshold, it looks like they may not be able to help you at all.

This is why you need to ask higher ups to help you out, but you can't really reach them can you? You can write here, and hope that they will read and see it here, or you can try their social media to try to get attention but you can't go directly to them. Hence your problem will linger and never recover.
