Well in essence that is what I said. With KYC you do not need to worry about having to prove where the money came from and where it goes. I think we might see true decentralised online gambling casinos in the future or perhaps there already are a few in the world, but until then KYC will be the safest option to keep yourself and your clients safe.

There are a few places that you could use right now that would be decentralized. When the first defi world came out, the defi type of casinos came out with it as well. It is automatic and based on blockchain itself.

Can you provide the full transparency conversation with the support so that we can verify all the report is true. I experienced this too when I forgot my old account credentials then I create a new one. They tell me that I have an old account and I choose 1 account only and the other should be closed by them. They let me choose what account will retain so I believe they will consider your case if you don't abused any giveaway from them. Just let them know properly your problem and they will consider your request.
