Perhaps it's just email providers blocking their emails. They should add some mail headers and stuff to make it less spam looking (in eyes of email providers.)
I made 2x requests with gmail and email was in spam instantly.

He did say about launching a mac version ,Hopefully should be soon. 1) Please withdraw your balance from SealsWithClubs.eu if you haven't yet 2) SwCPoker.eu opens in a few days 3) All krill will be honored 4) All affiliates will be honored 5) confirmed chat feature 6) breaks on the :55's 7) OFC player notes 9) Android, Mac, Linux clients after PC launch

I don't understand why the reset is going through email. I didn't even know my account was attached to my email. Furthermore I'm having a conversation via email with support about how I'm not getting email... Wtf

In the interim, you could set up a VirtualBox machine and run it under that. Works fine.

It took me almost 2 hours to solve my reset problem. The emails (4 of them by the time I found them) were in my Spam folder. Right where SwCPoker said they might be. I was looking somewhere else. Many people had the same thing happen, so make absolutely sure that you have looked in the Spam folder. Other clues are, did you see a message box that says something like "A reset code has been sent to your email address"? If you saw that, then the email was sent by SwCPoker, so the possibilities include - it was blocked by your email Spam filter
- you are checking the wrong email address
- you entered the email address incorrectly at the old Seals site
Establish email communication with support, remain calm, post your solution. It is still early in the process. I would like an Android app, but I will take it one step at a time.

pretty sloppy to not have HTTPS enabled here. hashes of builds, etc.
sloppy on security is the last thing i want to see in an unregulated bitcoin poker site.
someone was repsonsible for security, and they quit. maybe i'm in the minority, but i'm skeptical of micon et al to be able to live upto the same standards.

I think SWC may be the first online room to to go out that did NOT screw it's customers. Those of us who remember seeing the THIS DOMAIN HAS BEEN SEIZED (I know for a fact there are some 2+2rs here had some rather tense moments earlier this month!
Looking forward to the mac client and the site stabilizing to come back.
Thanks for being a stand up guy micon. BOL with the new digs.

Regulation? LOL I lost $ on a regulated site and was very luck to get to get my $ from another. There are many regulated sites where people lost $ when the site closed with no warning and in every case the regulator said there was nothing they could do. TY MICON

TY MICON Wait, didn't Full Tilt start refunding the money last year ? or that never happened ? Yes Poker Stars refunded my money that Full Tilt stole. That was the one I was lucky to get. Poker Stars did that because it enabled them to get out of the trouble they were in with the US. That was the only way I was getting it back. Full tilt wasn't the only one just the biggest. I lost money on another regulated site. Again there have been many regulated sites over the years that closed without paying the players and the only thing the regulators did was shrug their shoulders.

My reset code was sent from support@swcpoker.eu Maybe ask them to send you a manually-written email to your address.

considering how many messages we have been going back and forth on, if that were even a possibility for them to do then the support are fucking idiots.
but i just sent that specific request.
