Would it be possible to add more tournaments maybe make them around the clock. I enjoy playing them the most but theres nothing availble in the mornings.

Still waiting for a bit to bring back the MTT schedule in full force.  Let us fix a few more bugs then I'll have something for you to fire on 24/7.

From what I understand the order of roll-out will be Windows, Android, Mac, Linux, Browser.

"Browser" is the only one which doesn't require the user to download and run opaque binary code, and the only one that works for everyone. If it was up to me that would be the one to work on first.

Fully agree on this.
Browser version should be in first position of the list for me as well.

the calculation on which to do first was based on # of users on each platform.  It should also be noted that for power users, clients are preferred greatly over browser.  I have well heard the crowd requesting the browser version.  It will be built.

Interesting.  I can see what you mean about power users preferring desktop clients with many bells and whistles, that doesn't really surprise.  One thing to think about, though, is that power users grow from casual users.  That is, I started playing bitcoin poker basically because I was into bitcoin, had played poker in the past, and sealswithclubs flash client was accesssible.  I doubt I ever would have tried it if I was supposed to download some client. Now, once I was hooked, I did download the GNU/Linux client when it was released.  However, in my case, I'm still not a power user, just a casual player with an obscenely long bus commute.  Anyway, my point is that you grow the base of power users by roping in casuals, of course you know tha too.

Here's a question for you: how hard would it be to point the old sealswithclubs app to the new domain?  Sure, it's not the "new software" and all that, but for those of us who just want tojump in and degen a while, the old android app did the job just fine.  Eventually you can make a new android app, but is there some technical barrier to allowing play on the old app in the meantime?

I would like a refund for a .01 entry into a tournament as I registered and logged into the client and everything seemed fine but when the tournament started my client kept closing after 10 seconds or less and occasionally a box would open and say the client needed to be restarted. I reinstalled the client during the tournament and everything and it still would keep closing. I would just make random plays and when it closed I would reopen it and log in and it was awful. When I open the client now it still keeps closing after a few seconds. What can be the issue as I don't have issues with other poker clients or any issues with loading websites at all.

Your better off emailing support. They will probably refund your .01 as there customer service is pretty good when it comes to software glitches.

When you are in the waiting list for a ring table, there is no audio prompt when a seat becomes available. So if you're not paying strict attention to your screen when the buy-in dialog appears, you may miss it.

MICON, my mate Foxmulder still cannot get into his account. I know you guys have a lot on your head, but he is a real regular, always been good for seals, saving ppl from scams, etc. Please fix his account. TY MICON.

Also, in my timezone The Late DeepTurbo is basically the only one to play for me (and that mini smooth, but 5chip BI bit too low.) I have been promoting that tourney daily hard. 18 players right now. Basically: pls add some "night tournaments" and ill try to promote in lobby. BI 20 - 50 or smth. Maybe a 10 chip rebuy? (prolly turbo cuz its night) Should have some GTD, but especially with rebuy we should be able to reach it.

I think they're using completely new server side stuff as well as a new client. So it's not just a case of pointing the old app at the new domain.

You're probably right.  It would be nice to hear it from Micon and his team tho.  In any case, I still wonder how much code they might be able to reuse between the old and new protocols.

1)  Need to nail down connectivity and test it for days and days without fail before I'm comfortable expanding the MTT schedule. I could likely make more bitcoins in the near future by filling out the schedule, but the product I want to offer isn't quite ready yet.  The product I want to offer is seemless connectivity, and we aren't there yet.  Important to be honest about that IMO.

2)  Foxmulder - have him mail me personally micon@swcpoker.eu and I'll help him recover his account.

3)  Any issue with your SwC Poker account please mail support@swcpoker.eu

I won about 10 chips from 0.25-1 chips already 3 times, but every time I lost that 10 chips in an attempt to double them... It might seem that the system doesn't let me win 20 chips that is a minimum withdrawal amount. I don't blame the RNG, but it's quite strange.

Withdrawing should require Google Authenticate, for those of us who have it enabled.  Just requiring the password is not secure enough.

Changes to the Consumer Protection Act and laws governing gambling so that Internet service providers must block access to online gambling websites on a list of “illegal sites” created by Loto-Québec
http://montrealgazette.com/news/quebec/2015-quebec-budget-highlights

Please devote a few spare brain cells to a technical solution to this, in case the idea spreads to other jurisdictions.  I would suggest a TOR-like bouncing of the client-server communication so that blocking of the domain would not be effective.  Would need to keep latency to a minimum.

Do you always get rakeback on tournaments?
There is no rakeback in tournaments at all. There is only a 5% fee of the total amount for the entry into the tournament. So if the buy in is 9.50 chips it will cost you ten chips to buy in.
