blackarrow ignored our refund requests and telling us "we will ship next week" or "we will ship within the next few days" and "sell yourself". @ blackarrow: Please refund me. I will no longer wait for the X-3. I just want to be refunded.

They really not want to refund, even If I ask for lower refund than paid! Dear Customer,
You have contracted us to manufacture a bitcoin miner. We cannot "unmanufacture" it to refund you. Your order has been manufactured and we'll ship it to you shortly.
Regards!
........... I have send a REFUND request for my (Batch 1) Orders #2120 and #4421 right now via the BlackArrow Ticket System as well as per PM here on asktom.cf referring to the Ticket IDs. I paid for the X-3 back in November 2013. I still got no shipping or anything else.
For me, the refund is the better way due to customs and other taxes and high power costs (Europe) in the future of this issue.
If there is no refund answer from BlackArrowSoftware (HK, first order) or Destino Limited (UK, X-3 PSU order) until this month I call a lawyer.
May THIS is the answer: I asked for a refund but BlackArrow told me they "ship within the next few days". I want to get a refund instead of the product.
BA told you? E-mail? Screen (proof) please.... Thx! They told me this after my refund request tonight and only here the blackarrow in this forum. No real proof is possible. That is Megaf*ck. One of the gerates s+hits I have ever been in. Black Arrow Mining sucks

Have you ever thought about that they are happily producing BTC now with our machines for themselves?
So does Cointerra. They dont refund but they build up a big mining park with their customers money. Right into their pockets.

My ass feels sorer by the day, this repeated ass fucking is too much. The only consolation I have is that MinerSource has been a pleasure to deal with considering the circumstances. They've really stepped up to the plate considering it's not their fault

Quite possible it has something to do with the 24hr+ flight time. I can answer the question about BA transferred orders, no order details have been given from outside of minersource.net under the Miner Hosting LLC ownership.

I really wana say something here but it's one of those things people would argue over about how they're doing this and doing that with assembly which I understand, would be nice to have the update they missed BTW. However... my ticket was made two weeks ago and I was told by david at BA that it had been noticed, that being said, if BA screws this up for me that means I will be looking at more downtime during the extra transit from me to Minersource to gt my hosting set up as well as extra S&H charges.

I am trying to understand why BA are still doing procurement of non ASiC related components (cases, LCD etc) several months after the promised ship date of Feb 24 th. Can someone enlighten me, did I miss something important?

Maybe this: In Germany it is a crime, what Black Arrow does. It is called "Vorschussbetrug" oder "Vorkassebetrug". http://www.dict.cc/deutsch-englisch/Vorkassebetrug.html ( advance fee fraud)

Quick update:
We have noticed that there is a concern about the LCD displays. Because the LCD display is not an essential component we will not let it delay the production of the miner. If the LCD displays are not in on time for shipment we will ship the miners without the LCD display. Once we have them in stock we will ship them to everybody that would like the LCD. The people who prefer to not receive the LCD display will receive a gift card that matches the price of the LCD.

Nice. So, Ebayers, who sold their miners, are scammers like BlackArrow, because the "Built-in LCD to display" isn't existing".

Yes, but that is Germany. Nothing to do with China so I'd give it up if I were you.
We all just need to wait now. The machines will come and soon I hope but lets face it, there is nothing we can do now. It's too late in the game to get refund from them so just get ready for the shipping notification.
How long do you wait? I have paid 6 months ago.

It all started with the "Pin-out" of the Minion, they couldn't finish the design of the PCB and other componants until they new the size/location/number of the little pins on the bottom of the Minion, they wouldn't know this until they got the first test waffer from Global, not haveing the PCBs and other shit finalized held up everything else. They did get the LCDs but the were crap so they send them back and started over.Fit problems also heled things up a bit.

They never have been able to deliver on first march. If they had announced beginning in april I would not got on board- on april it was a terrible difficulty that knew everybody and now difficulty is a nightmare and no feelable progress at BA.

But LCD's and cases have nothing to do with the layout of the pins on the printed circuit board, if the displays were crap, then I would imagine they sent them back in January or early February at the latest with the expected ship date of Feb 24th.

I am fine with leaving the lcd out as long as it doesn't affect the minning performance, reliability or overclocking. Perhaps you should consider excluding the lcds and giving the psu for the compensation units free of charge. Thanks.
