In fact the dividends from those 200,000+ shares would be well over 100 bitcoin if everything went to plan, but the fact that you are dumping them all shows that you do not believe those shares will ever return enough dividends.

Either you need that cash immediately and ActiveMining is close to being broke or you have no faith those 200,000 shares would have ever made 100 bitcoin in dividends.

All in all this does not look good at all.

I am selling Ukyo shares to get Active Mining BTC back that he owes us.  The problem with keeping the shares is that Ukyo may do some legal like declaring bankruptcy to keep us from selling the shares in the future or claiming the dividends from the shares.  This has nothing to do with our needing BTC, or that we don't have faith in the company.  We are in an excellent financial position.

Let me explain to you how this works:

You are not in a position to tell Ken, me, or anyone else what to do.  Your money, the thing that once made Ken listen to you, is gone.  
People have been kind enough to warn you that this would happen, happen with almost mathematical certainty.
You chose to ignore their advice, relying instead on your greed.
Enjoy the fruits of your labor, intrepid investor.

It's seems pretty apparent that these Ukyo shares will be sold prior to Ken transferring investors shares to CT.

Perhaps Ken should drop the price of the remaining Ukyo shares in order to expedite the process?

This would appease shareholders and demonstrate that Ken is listening to us and more importantly allow DTS to sell me all his shares for 0.0002, hehe.

If we are in an excellent financial position then sell the remaining Ukyo shares for 1btc if you have to, just put this episode behind us and move on.  It has become an enormous distraction and is potentially fatal to the company the longer it continues. I can not stress enough how damaging this is becoming.  Get rid of Ukyo's shares and restore shareholders ability to trade.

How is it not damaging when long term supporters start switching sides?  I'm a ball hair away from doing just that and trust me, you don't want me and crumbs on the same team.  At this moment in time I'm ready to write off my investment as a total loss and only Ken can prevent that from happening.  Fortunately I am not over invested however it would be an enormous blow.

Because Ken never planned on getting the shares traded again.  Or he has some announcement why it took several months to get us trading again.  Whereas that announcement will never get going because the idea being that announcement will be replaced by something better.  Repeat until the end of eternity.
