well , if bitcoin keep dumped other altcoin will follow as well  , dont care about tech or everything , just be realistic sometimes.... Bitcoin is down from 18000 to 4500. Worth 1/4 of ATH. Ethereum is down from 1300 to 130. Worth 1/10 of ATH. That's a huge fucking difference. it's a similar comparison on Gold & Silver In a year (period from today2017/today2018) the gold looses only 4%, but the silver looses 14% as long as BTC has more than 51% value in whole crypto capitalization, other crypto will be valued according to BTC as BTC=gold according to the survey, bitcoin and ether are equal, therefore capitalization will also strive for equality https://coinmarketcap.com/charts/#dominance-percentageon a falling trend, the gap is growing, and on a growing narrowing Which survey you are talking about, NPC? |

I hope in future ETH will get nice value and this will be nice for long term investors. Those "investors" are betting on something whose lead developer wants the price to crash. The price of ethereum decreased due to the large amount scam of ICO projects and investors lost interest with this demand for eth also decreased. look at the other coins, why did the other coins fall? ethereum is very strong project and you never know when a coin can moon in crypto market. |

Other than that, a theory is that Buterin could have been really bitter that he misses the bullrun of his own creation (apparently he sold almost all his ETH when the price was single digit) that now all he feels is resentment for those who instead could profit on it.

could't imagine that... pure theory or at least partially confirmed ? if yes, this could be an important fact to understand some evolutions.. |

Majority already sold out now only few have been left who are not interested to sell on big lose. This is not a sign of worry it is already happening but current drop is not happened because of this reason. |

Eth is on a free fall, last time I checked, a year ago the lowest price point was above 300 bucks. Without myriads of ICO's conducted on the platform and full bodied token utility things will worsen.
