Support already response to my question. They didn't void the game which result to my loss. Damn dota2 sports betting, they should void it because its not fair to continue it while the game is even by the time Execration got disconnected.

Why? Did you bet on maps? if you did then you should talk to support again, but if you didn't, why should your bet get voided?

I'm not 100% sure what happened in that match but from what you're saying, a player got disconnected during game 1. The Dota 2 rules in the competitive scene say that if a player disconnects and does not return to the game within 10 minutes (maximum time a team can pause the game in case of an issue), the affected team has two options: 1) to forfeit, 2) keep playing 4v5. If XctN went for one of those two options, meaning that no admin had to step in to decide the outcome of the game, the game 1 winners are 496, fair and square, the match continues and your bet does not get cancelled (again, if you didn't bet on maps)

In another esports betting site everything was settled as usual like the disconnect never happened at all.




Based on fortunejack's rules on esports matches your bet could only get voided if the match was re-played but this isn't possible as tomahawk mentioned about the tournament rules.

Well, voiding would work if the game was totally gone, but they continued the game so why should it be voided? There was disconnect and I agree with it if there was no more game and it didn't continue and so forth, but the game kept going, so by the official results it should be counted like any other game even if there was problems.

It doesn't seem like it is unfair to let the results come in, looking at other places at least 2 other places didn't void and gave the game results as well, which all seems like parallel to what happened here, which tells me that as long as game continues, it doesn't matter if there is disconnect, all the sportsbooks care about is the result and if result is not "cancelled", that means bet will not be voided, it could be automatic win and it would still be a result.

After reducing matches in Champions League look like now they have no promotion for us now we have to wait for next season if they able to give some more attractive and good promotions like previous because they was doing really good job in many promotions.

I never use new site because I am also have some issues but with old one I never have any problem its working ok for me from my early days you try to contact with support hopefully they will guide you for fixing this problem.

Give it some time. Changes to things that we are used to move us from out comfort zones and initially become difficult to take it but it grows on you with time. I have seen FJ since the days when the even older site was functional in pre-2016 era. The one after that was even better and the new one is another step.

This happens with every user on the older site as well. Some specific time of inactivity automatically logs out the user. I am not very welll versed with it if it just happens with specific browsers on Private Browsing or to every browser.

Well sometimes it's a little annoying when the computer is idle for 10-15 minutes and have to type again to log in, maybe here I have to adjust it to get used to the new designs that have been developed so far whatever is new in the new Fortunejack design is indeed made as design as possible to make it more attractive and and still be liked by many people, especially users, and I think it's not a problem for me to keep using the new design even though sometimes I switch to the old one .

@$crypto$ I thought only I was facing this issue but it seems that this is the new normal, and like others have said we will have to get used to it but I do hope that later on they’ll provide a fix for it. Furthermore I haven’t switched back to the old design yet because I really love this new design, and switching back to the old design will make the site look dull when compared to the new design, so I’m really curious to know why do you keep switching back to the old design?.

In the beginning yes, but now it is impossible now I have to adapt again to the new design and of course I like it now, but for me, if both are fine then whenever and when I get bored with the new design, I can switch to the old and now I use a new design with a pretty attractive appearance.

The new design is much better than the old one. Although it took me few days to adjust to the new design but now i am very comfortable with it. One thing which i noticed is that i have been logged out automatically if i am inactive on the site. Then i have to log back in. Not a big deal but this i did not experienced in the old design.
