4th day and still i cannot login.



Im not sure if this is normal but from firefox console im getting this error messages:

i was having a similar issue (internal error server) on another sportsbook a few weeks ago, couldn't access the site through regular browsers but TOR did work, have you tried using this browser? also, did you update your browser (FF, chrome, whatever)? what about using FF in Safe Mode (without add-ons)? are you using a VPN? try sending a screenshot of that error to FJ support, see if they can forward it to the tech team

If in a few weeks I haven't tried to open Fortunejack and I think it's normal that there are no technical problems in any browser including Firefox, maybe it's just part of the problem you experience?
Now I try to re-open the Fortunejack site and it looks normal there are no bugs seen even I don't use any VPN on my pac.
Now go back to betting and playing soccer betting.

That is great!  Though it is kinda weird that the SMS security is the one causing the problem, but anyhow, I am glad you are able to solve your login problem, would note this fix if somehow, new players stumbled on the same problem.

Happy it eventually got resolved. I had a similar issue a year or two ago but they fixed it swiftly (perhaps it didn't happen in a long time and they, or whoever worked on support at the time left, didn't write down the protocol for it).

Similar solution too where they disabled my phone number and anything security related to it.

Even if you can open and login you will have to retry constantly because it goes away. I guess the bad people who want this will not stop until there is a way to stop them.

Yes, very very strange. I've seen it already on the third crypto casino now in just the one week. I thought it was one particular site only, but it does appear to be concentrated on the bitcointalk big ones now. DDOS usually happens from competitors, either paid 3rd party scripters or just someone who decided to turn on botnet and flood the servers just for fun. I am not a technical person so I can't really talk about how it could be fixed but this should be fixed one way or another, after all if it was impossible to be stopped, people would ddos facebook, twitter and instagram type of websites all the time and they would stop those websites, now I am sure they are still trying to ddos them but I am sure those websites found a way to still survive that and actually not get effected by it, that is what these websites should do here as well, if there is an attack and you can't stop it, they will keep coming back because they know they can just ddos you and ask for a ransom if you do not fix it, however if you fix it and make it harder they will move onto the next place that doesn't have any of this and they could ransom if they want to.

So far as I have typed it, I have had no problem logging in and browsing the site. The sports tab loads quickly even though I'm only mobile. Even the Dice game works well for me which was just a blank page.

These DDOS attacks are also really destructive, where you are in the middle of playing and the trend is good and then the page suddenly makes an error. Hopefully, they can make or find a way that they will not be affected by such attacks.

If I open Fortunejack I often load it longer and at the end I can log in too even though it sometimes takes a long time but my WIFI connection is smooth there are no problems at all so this is still a bug that still can't be resolved, still looking at the football betting yesterday I think it can still be done and I use but I don't know with other people.

For me, this is not a problem if I can still log in unless there is no need to contact if needed.

@logfiles did you try clearing your cookies and cache because in most cases it should get resolved once you clear these, however if that didn’t work you then you could try changing your browser, as I have often been told here that changing one’s browser can help. @Text I don’t blame the site if they’re in the middle of a DDOS attack, because these attacks are automated, and even high authority sites can be down for a while if they’re under a DDOS attack.

I feel like the sports side is getting updated time to time and that is when you could face it, otherwise I have never faced any problems going to the sports side.

Especially now that NBA restarted for the past month or so (well it was preseason, then regular season games, now playoffs) I have been gambling like crazy, honest to god I should stop gambling, it has hurt me so much recently when I have gambled, I am losing AND having fun which is a very dangerous combo because you do not care about losing money, and when you do not care about losing money you just keep gambling since you love it and when you love it so much I am afraid I am going to be left with no money .
