It took me almost 2 hours to solve my reset problem.  The emails (4 of them by the time I found them) were in my Spam folder.  Right where SwCPoker said they might be.  I was looking somewhere else.  Many people had the same thing happen, so make absolutely sure that you have looked in the Spam folder.

Other clues are, did you see a message box that says something like "A reset code has been sent to your email address"?  If you saw that, then the email was sent by SwCPoker, so the possibilities include

• it was blocked by your email Spam filter
• you are checking the wrong email address
• you entered the email address incorrectly at the old Seals site

Establish email communication with support, remain calm, post your solution.  It is still early in the process.

I would like an Android app, but I will take it one step at a time.

i just cleared my entire block list so nothing is being blocked my hotmail, went back and had code sent. message says sent. got nothing. repeated, same lack of result.

A user above did mentioned, that it went to the spam folder. And it was from support@swcpoker.eu , not sure why did it go directly to the spam folder.

the problem wasn't that it was sent to spam. with hotmail it gets blocked unless you add it to your safe senders list manually, now the email from the old site would simply get put in spam and not blocked. idk why the new one gets blocked..

add the address posted above to your safe sender list in your settings (top right cog thing) and try again. it should work.

errrr. so i email support as suggested by micon, telling them that the password reset doesn't work for me after trying it 3 times. and they reply suggesting i try to do what i've already been trying.

Full tilt wasn't the only one just the biggest.  I lost money on another regulated site.  Again there have been many regulated sites over the years that closed without paying the players and the only thing the regulators did was shrug their shoulders.

That's because they aren't even really regulators.  They're just a barely plausible legal fig leaf to make what would otherwise be illegal pass legal muster enough not to get the people running the site arrested.  Sort of like the bullshit "Kahnawake Gaming Commission" that sat with its thumbs up its ass doing nothing while Absolute/UB ran a blatant scam for years.

sloppy on security is the last thing i want to see in an unregulated bitcoin poker site.

someone was repsonsible for security, and they quit.  maybe i'm in the minority, but i'm skeptical of micon et al to be able to live upto the same standards.

I lost $ on a regulated site and was very luck to get to get my $ from another.

There are many regulated sites where people lost $ when the site closed with no warning and in every case the regulator said there was nothing they could do.

I am still owed upper 5 digits from my Full Tilt balance because I was erroneously tagged as an affiliate. I also had thousands more on Absolute Poker that is gone for good. I got my Seals balance back in under 24 hours.

DNS will drip down over the internets over the next few hours.

ST7 has a fix for future similar issues too.  Sorry.

Is there another way to reset the password to regain my old account and krill. The client says email sent but I never get it. I even added your email to contacts and I still don't get it. I haven  Sent support 3 emails and no response or is not getting thru. Is there another email that you can use that does not have the word poker in the domain name to see if it gets thru. This is getting frustrating.
