Neither MS nor BA are prepared to answer the question: which payment date are you now shipping orders for? It's a simple fucking question unless you're using a tombola to pick the orders.

Saying "that's not how shipping order is determined" is not good enough unless it's immediately followed by the process in which shipping order is determined. Quit bullshitting us and give some info to your customers, NOW.

No clear answer means we can only assume this is the process for picking orders for shipment (and also indicates a fucking sham of a business):-

I've just recieved this email from BA:

Quote
Dear XXX,

Please be advised that your order is already ready for dispatch and it will be shipped in the next few days.

Sincerely,
Sylvia

While I'm still trying to recover from the laughing fit, it just shows that as soon as they now your order number, they'll try to fuck you over even more. Ah hillarious, especially since my order was to be hosted for 12 months and no delivery should be necessary.

Gotta love BA, all that's missing is the perpetual Benny Hill theme.

I'm posting updates about that in this thread: https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=681965 - since BA doesn't have the time or manpower to handle refunds atm, but sure has the time and manpower to delete threads and moderate this topic, I'll keep the details there.

We had to wait for the chips. We had to wait for the boards. We had to wait for the cases. We had to wait for the power supplies (oh no wait bring your own). We had to wait FOR THE F*CKING LCDs

An LCD on a Bitcoin miner which has a lifespan of 4-6 months if we are lucky. And they delayed it again to put a LCD on it.

Talk about arranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

Just to put the extent of this miserable failure in perspective, cex.io is already significantly cheaper now than what any batch 1 or 2 customer would've paid.

Wish I had never, ever mined with anything but a GPU. What a huge waste of time and money.

Sure, you can apply for one or more free X1s.

We'll be making a top 10 of the best posts from this thread. The best contributor will get 10 X1 for free, the next one 9 and so on.

In order to subscribe please submit your contribution with links towards your best posts to this email:

Mr Sean Garvey as well as Mr. Gage have already subscribed and they are waiting anxiously to win.

Regards!

That's great!

The funny thing here is that I was defending your company and Minersource when PG was flaming this thread. It was not until you announced that you would not be standing by your promise to price match and give proper compensation that I decided to jump ship. So you can call me a troll but at this point it just seems like the pot calling the kettle black.

The fact that you have time to come here and make snarky remarks instead of answering the questions that have been repeatably asked is just more evidence of the level of incompetence that your company exudes.

But please by all means keep it up, its not like you have a reputation to uphold. It is already very clear that you have surpassed BFL in the absolute failure department and are heading full steam to join HashFast in bankruptcy court.

X1s arrived today with LCDs.

Running is my quickly setup chrome browser, next firmware/software update will bundle it all nicely together. Otherwise its a full android 4.2.2 machine with ethernet.

Wow,.. that's actually sexy, just makes me that much more sad that I'll never see my X3s before Halloween.

Oh, this is a smartphone?

When is shipping or refund time of my non-shipping X3? I wait since End of November 2013 (ordered and paid the same day).

I keep thinking of ways to ROI with 120 bare ASICs. I reason that with a small quantity of tritium it's possible to build a 13Th/s miner that will run for 20 years with no external power input. The tritium would be contained in a green phosphor orb and the awesome glow would be awe inspiring.

It would look something like this...

Ref: rent-a-minion.

I have requested a refund and they still have my BTC in the receiving account (check Blockchain.info for yours), not sure why this cant be refunded, it obviously wasn't spent.

There is no way they can build this to get our BTC back. I will wait on my hardware order but obviously this rent a minion isn't standing up until December earliest.

Na, they said they used BTC-e, I believe. Regardless, most people claim that their coins are still sitting in the original wallet, so it's a moot point.

I see no evidence so far that they ever even used BTC-e at all to cash out anything, and frankly the choice of BTC-e simply suggests that they were looking for the most favorable possible exchange rate in dollars to collect the maximum possible bitcoins.

Blackarrow, we're going to need some real answers about why you are unwilling to process any refunds whatsoever when we know about a lot of bitcoins that you control. Unless you have a serious and legitimate answer to that question then unfortunately it doesn't exactly take a genius to know the answer.

Well the problem is that a lot of the btc are tied up in prospective orders for BA. Next week they are expecting delivery of the parts they need to finish assembly.

We can't grow when we won't criticize ourselves!
