I believe that we have already informed our customers of this: We are currently waiting for CE to check the X3. Until completed, no shipment can be made.

We would like to ask forum users to stop flooding the thread with obscene messages.

Thank you for your patience.

What about CE certification for the rest of the machine? The one YOU produced?

How can we get involved with this?  I am continuously in contact with black arrow and all they do is lie.  Everday they update respond to my email with lies and nonsense.  I'd like to know where I can start if anyone is currently involved with pursuing legal action in any country regarding this matter.

Did you buy from Minersource or directly from BA?

Got my X1's yesterday. All set up and running...so far so good. Quick question for anyone who ordered from Minersource. When I was setting up my pools I noticed that Minersource had been testing my miners on BTC Guild. So just wondering how long they were mining before they got shipped out.

24-48 hours, depending on if the unit was up to speed possibly longer (24 hours to keep / hold 100gh/s)

Holiday until the 6th.

CE Paperwork is in as of September 30th.

All parts for all miners are in stock.

Most likely shipping starts after the 6th.  That was not said to me, but I have spoken to them, they are still alive.

I would like an update on the $12,062.30 order I placed in mid December 2013.  I have requested multiple refunds, you informed me to send you my wallet and you would refund in BTC.  You then told me my device was being shipped soon and recanted that option.  This was over 2 months ago.

50% Chance it is real.
50% Chance it will be used as the reason for their upcoming production delays.

Srsly?

More like 5% chance it is real. They now claim all X3s will be produced and shipped by the end of October. Call me crazy, but I'm sure I've heard that song before.

Which third party manufacturer will they blame the delays or recalls on this time?

Anonymous, but already being blamed (indirectly) in case things yet again fail to go according to plan:

Since Jumbly asked, I've gotten further information about the PSU situation and how it's being handled that I'm able to share.

    1.  The PSU company has agreed to assume full responsibility for the bad PSU's

    2.  Black Arrow tried to convince them to send everyone a replacement, but they are not really wanting to do that.

    3.  The problem is that the PSU company already produced all the units.  They don't really want to take them all back and repair them.  So they are now saying, they want to manufacture a new model with a new board, but Black Arrow thinks this will take too long.  So far, the PSU company has not said how long this will take.

    4.  Black Arrow is working in the meantime on an adapter that people can use with an HP Server PSU instead if it takes the PSU company too long.

    5.  Black Arrow has been told by their new manufacturers that all of the X3's will be produced before the end of October.  Note, this is what their manufacturer has told them.  It is not a promise that BA is making about it.  By then, either the PSU situation will be handled, or the adapter will be completed.

Why on earth would they do a "HP Server PSU" adapter....!? seriously BA.. get your head through this and do a standard ATX adaptor.. anything else would be completely insane.. You would then be forcing people to either hack something themself or go spend even more money than they have already..

I assumed server PSU, they didn't say that, but since they specifically said HP, I assumed they meant some sort of HP Server PSU and not a standard ATX.  So that may be my fault there.  It may very well be an ATX adapter.  I'll ask for clarification.

I've suggested various things that most people voice here.  Refunds, Compensation, Alternatives, etc.  If I get any news I'll let you know.
