Well that graph relates to BTC being like insurance underwriters such as Lloyds of London and therefore with unlimited liability for all costs associated to network operation to an extent they will owe 666 dollars.   It really dont work like this   so we good
Also the backwards time loop part of the graph poses questions, I have no link for that one  

The ancient ownership of listed banks and some other Public companies was of this nature a while ago, the directors were liable for its losses.   If directors got a bonus or whatever pay, it was all returnable if the bank was failing.  Of course this never happens now except with sole traders, who should be very careful.

The one thing that could and should have been done in 2008 was a bonus is only payable in your own banks shares and it goes into the employees pension.   Thats twenty years of a hell of alot of inside people who want that bank to play properly, as carefully as possible.   The best regulation is self regulation, thats a 5 minute idea but it couldnt be done.  I presume alot of lobby money was spent to make sure of that.
The people where this does happen is factory workers and the sort, very often they become creditors to the company they worked for.     Ditto anyone with gov pension is a creditor, hoping for fiscal prudence (rare).  Anyway its the miners in BTC where this might be a factor in an equation for profitability I guess

A bit too high I think. If there's even the slightest bullish trend, 5k is going to be cut like butter, because we all know how FOMO rolls with bitcoin, so everyone under 5k has already lost in my opinion.. So while 6k - 10k is the golden range, with 6k being very pessimistic, and anything above 10 overly optimistic, especially if bakkt launches and time doesn't play out in their favor. But I can understand the gamble on BAKKT never launching in the next 3 to 4 months, in that case it's possible for all of the "reasonable" bids to get burned.

Are you sure about that? :p My bitstamp chart says 3440 was the highest price the last 2 hours. Also, I think you need to relax your numbers a little bit Mic. You should update it once every 1 - 2 days or something, and only micromanage it the last week after bakkt launches.
