The worst feeling is when you are right but you still lose! Imagine the price going high and then falling back to 4000$ !
It has happened with me in the stock market a few times, it sucks!

I think we are pumping back, it's good to witness if there is a pump in the weekend as it's not normal.
Usually people sell during weekend but a pump would mean they'll sacrifice their weekend happiness just to get in the train. 
Hoping it will sustain, a pump is good after a months of dump.

This month is just getting more exciting.

Yeah, the support was way too strong at 3200 ~ 3400. I don't think we'll ever see those numbers again unless some negative news happen, and there's an institutional dump. I definitely see it going back up to higher than 4k again then sideways in the upcoming week, if we start 2019 with a 5k$ that would definitely be a promising beginning for the next trend.

Agree somewhat, if the law of the many would work. But 115 guessers probably aren't anywhere near enough of a sample for "the many", I don't even dare say 10 times that amount would be enough.

But 6.6k or 5.34k works for me, actually looks very reasonable if I were the kind of guy that thought Bitcoin does reasonable things

I've had enough surprises for now, I'm fine. I need a really boring holiday period. Not so much a spring chicken and even I admit this year's been a bit of a stress inducer as much as I care to say otherwise :p

If the only thing determining the price was how many BTC are being bought and how many are being sold by people, I believe we would have never fell under $10k. But Bitcoin's market cap is so small it's easy to use the futures to manipulate the price.

Therefore I wouldn't be 100% sure that we've seen the bottom.

Of course, I agree that in the end it's just speculation and one can never be certain. But it's still a strong sign that we have managed to test the 3200 bottom twice since beginning of december with never reaching sub-3k.

It's still possible for it to get back to those levels, but I'd honestly be very surprised if it broke 3k after it failed during the much more bearish trend.

if the 3k support does not hold , don't be surprised that bitcoin will go to 900-1100$. i am willing to bet the horse on that.

with that being said, the 3k support area is incredibly strong, it is nothing like the 6k support.

there is really nothing interesting about 2000 , it is either 3000$ or 1000$ , if price breaks the 3000, money won't come in until the price is tempting enough which is around 1000$.
