It's not launching on July 22nd. They're initiating 'user acceptance testing' whatever that means. My guess is that they'll be long beaten to market by others. I don't really understand the nuances but it looks like they are seeking NYDFS approval first to persuade CTFC to approve them. I don't really get how LedgerX got it already if they can't.

Nothing much it seems. "Testing" started yesterday. Announcing the testing phase and hyping it up feels like a delay tactic. Who cares about testing? They still don't seem to have a launch date for trading.

Well, what do you know, Bakkt is testing, following all the delays to launch. What were they doing before today then? Not testing?

Since we're talking about probility, I wager there's a higher chance of BTC dipping momentarily to my price guess of 8888 just before Bakkt launches, than there is of Bakkt launching without another new date.

I'm sure we all realize we lost, I just saw the news and figured I should share with everyone here since I'm sure the last 5 people participating are probably dying to know.

In the past weeks, I have made some other posts in that line of skepticism, too, such as saying : "I will believe it when I see it."   

Funny, you did not venture a probability estimate, Loyce?  Maybe I would put a delay at less 33.333%, too?  So I am inclined to give it quite a bit better than 50/50 odds of launching on schedule, in my current thinking.
