I never ever dare to place bets on those matches. I believe only two or three people control these matches. By checking the suspected phishing site, it looks like it was created almost a year ago.

Unfortunately I'm not a real gambler - I mean, I tend to have fun with low stakes on some interesting games. I'm not trying to position gambling as a place to double money - so gambling is just a fun game for me. Of course you can advise me like that - but it's not just about me. Since I did not ever place any bets on these e-sports, I never bothered to ask the casino where these games are played and who organizes them. It is good you want to know and I believe a lot of others also want to know about these matches including myself. But I doubt if the Betpanda casino representative would answer that. We shouldn't have to keep talking about this because you already it set and or if they decides to make any correction then they would do that, on other hands as you said, real gambling who doesn't care about funds allocations can go ahead to gamble.
The reason why we are seeing it too challenging is because we already set limits to gambling activities and if we could adjust our limits then it would be fine to join the contest and i see nothing wrong with that as well.

Customer staffs must give their users accurate links of the company website and if available, list of mirror links.

Scams through phishing sites are one of most common scam types and as official customer support staffs of a company, it's unacceptable to support users with vague information especially it is a website link. Because if official customer suport staffs let users to do more research for finding a company website link, it's failure of customer support.

If customers search and find phishing sites, then lose money to those scam sites, it's up backwards to customer support staffs with part of responsibility.

Yes, I do agree that they need to at least educate their support staff about mirror sites. Maybe the support is really not aware of the mirror sites so let's say we give them a benefit of the doubt for not and a pass.

That is a bad image for the casino, I advise that for the sake of your players, Betpanda should do everything possible to correct that misinformation on Google as that is going to affect the trust of the general public who may not know how Google redirection works and to even know whether or not they are on the wrong site.

I was about to post this but you already have. I've been using the Betpandacasino.io mirror link without any issues, it's indeed their official site. One difference I noticed is that Betpanda.io appears restricted in Greece, while Betpandacasino.io doesn't. So I'm guessing that's the reason for the alternative mirror? It can easily be confirmed without asking them, by signing in your account, a phishing link would sign you in whatever credentials you'd use. Anyway, I believe that the administration should mention both mirror links to avoid future confusions.
