I just got it, i messaged support upon your reply here. It got resolved when you change the default currency to USDT as per the support. I guess this should be mentioned on the mail or message tab to avoid confusions and to make lesser use of the live chat, of course to avoid back log if there is a long wait of user using live chats.

Anyway, not getting it is one thing, but not even explaining it after me sending my deposit numbers is the part that triggered me the most. This guy straight up closed the chat and that's it. I don't need sites like this. This kind of rude behavior is untrustworthy in my opinion...
I have been talking for years about how the support is very poor at most crypto casinos... and it can be so bad that a player gives up on the casino even because of some stupid thing or some very small amount of money. And it's a shame to lose players (big and small) because of the support that lacks even basic manners, not to mention knowledge. I have left a couple of casinos because of support, so I understand... there is no smarter move in cases like this. And if the casino management is smart, they will understand something from these comments. Usually this kind of experience with live support happening when the casino use a 3rd party support service, this kind of support usually do not have much knowledge about the product of the casino as most of them know about the basic things only. I'm not sure about the live support in betpanda, are they using their own staffs who knows about their product well or they are using 3rd party live support services? Hope there will be explanation from betpanda about this case and maybe they should give better training and education for the live support (if they are internal staff) to serve players better.

I've hadn't had the chance to contact Betpanda for anything yet, so I can't judge the quality of their support. I do find beneficial though to have a casino representative on the forum.

Certainly, the livechat isn't supposed to solve all your issues, it's job is to provide answers to the most common questions, fast and efficiently, without going through the hassle of emailing the support. It's a great tool that provides immediate response, and I consider it a huge plus on any kind of service or platform I use, as it has saved me the trouble quite a few times. Major issues will refer you to contacting their email, or the livechat agent (whether it's a bot or a real person) will write down your issue and forward it to the support themselves, from which you'll wait a response. I haven't used Betpanda's livechat nor support, so I can't speak about the quality of their assistance.

AI chatbots already know for general questions that have been provided some choose with the question, still I myself prefer human agents who answer it because it is more understood than AI chatbots. You should see it in this manner that AI chat bots will only give you reply only to what it has been assigned to give as a reply. If you need more clarification on the case you’ve raised, you’ll need a person from the support team to further explain and make it more understanding to you. The AI chatbots in this regards would have helped further breakdown the matter you’ve raised into a specific context, so that when the support team comes online, they can easily take up from where the chatbots can’t provide further answers to. In my opinion, for the issues they can’t resolve, they would have made it simpler for the support team to take action on it immediately instead of starting over again to ask what the specific problem you’ve raised your concerns on is all about.

You should see it in this manner that AI chat bots will only give you reply only to what it has been assigned to give as a reply. If you need more clarification on the case you’ve raised, you’ll need a person from the support team to further explain and make it more understanding to you. The AI chatbots in this regards would have helped further breakdown the matter you’ve raised into a specific context, so that when the support team comes online, they can easily take up from where the chatbots can’t provide further answers to. In my opinion, for the issues they can’t resolve, they would have made it simpler for the support team to take action on it immediately instead of starting over again to ask what the specific problem you’ve raised your concerns on is all about.
I don't know if BetPanda is using AI chats on their live support. I tried it just now, it sometimes delays in response, and sometimes it answers my questions instantly. I don't know if it's AI or not, but after asking her that she's a person, not an AI. Also, I don't think it's a good idea to add AI bots to live support. Maybe much better if their staff is going offline, for a temporary solution, they must enable AI bots for an immediate solution to their customers' issues. But for the complicated case, you must email them or directly chat with them on their live support.

This is the reason why, most site that allow AI as support agents, their mostly still depend on humans to do the major work, so their are cases that you bring and it above the ability of AI agents you will have to be transferred to any available human agent at that point.

That's why same as you guys I really prefer human interaction regarding dealing with support since with that we can immediately communicate well and solve easily whatever issues we encounter. That's why aside from putting up AI agents on their support, they should have standby human support and they are available all the time so that people could easily deal with them and will not get frustrated to find good solution with their issues.

It’s still possible, as AI can learn from the data it’s trained on over time, though the speed and accuracy depend on the model. However, for unique issues or bugs, a live agent should always be available as a backup. I use an e-commerce site that has both an AI chatbot and customer support, you can escalate to a human if the bot gives an incorrect or unrelated response.

Most services usually have AI chats bots along with the actual customer support. For the beginning queries, AI helps the customer through and if they specifically want a certain kind of help, that's when a bot suggests or directs them to the Live customer support. I think this is done to reduce on the waiting time and backlog of issues which would have easily been solved by direct answers available in the FAQs and help desk.

Really boring to have bot replying to your questions and inquiries, this make it somewhat unreal to many if they meet AI as support agents, most of the casinos that adopt AI have now focused on mixing up things, that is theyake use of both AI and Human support as you rightly mentioned, so it all left for the nature of the support help a gambler need that what determines which agent will attend to them either AI or human, but most technical issues are resolved by human agents.

The very first thing I do whenever I start my chat with customer care is write this exact sentence, ''connect me to a human''. Sometimes the other side replies that you are already talking to a human  . I think this is done to reduce on the waiting time
Of course, cost-cutting is also a major factor for any platform. I remember a funny incident where I was asking to change my crypto address and bot was repeatedly telling me how to change my home address lol and there was no option for human support. IMO AI bots are more helpful as an additional section to FAQ rather than actual human support. Sometime specially in finanacial matters we feel the need of a human reassurance if things are not going right.
