They closed my ticket for payment within an hour or so when they added a payment btc address. What I'm talking about now is some sort of confirmation/response that my payment went through noticed. So I opened a different ticket inquiring the status of my order to no avail. My order still says "waiting for payment" even though I have 300+ confirmations for that transaction. |

Both their orders and My orders have to be updated in the system by hand, and as you can imagine that takes a while... I usually only update my orders once or twice a day because of the time needed. |

yeah, I shouldn't worry, they will get round to it. From past experience, it took a while for my payment status to change, but I got the goods as promised.

From 269 yesterday to 359 today?
I´m confused...
I saw that yesterday................guess the rise in BTC price had something to with that,since that $269 was there since the beginning  Well, that was not nice of them. I was going to order 3 units today, but i don´t have the extra 270USD. I´ll spend my money on buying more Bitcoins instead. How can you order 3 units? I only see an option to order 10 units... Why is that? Maybe it's been covered already, but this thread is getting pretty long... |

I am not really worried about status change, just the fact that they got my BTC and all is kosher. When I was quoted BTC was at $1070 (not sure what $ they used for converting) , I paid about 6hrs later when it was around $100. Went to bed and woke up to a ~$7XX number and no any kind of a response for 2 days now. So you can see what my real concern is. |

After October 2013 we will reduce the discounts gradually until they reach their full retail price which is $415 for Prospero X1 (100Ghash) and $6999 for Prospero X3 (2000Ghash). And also here http://ecointalk.net/topic/291-discount-change/I found that confusing on their website.The figures I saw in the little drop down window a month or so ago made me go "WTF"   Just didn't add up correctly to me,oh well................. I'm still going to wait to see an actual chip.I don't believe anything or anyone since my BFL/Avalon fiasco days |

I just got my order processed, the waiting game begins. There is another thread on this subforum where people post up their order numbers and what they ordered for BFL Monarchs. Maybe we should create one for BA orders to track delivery success too. |

YAY, My 1st order just went through. Ugh, now it's a mess, and the price of my 2nd unit went to $6k from $5k. Lol Then I was called by wrong name in the support email. Lmao Hope we can figure it out soon. |

It would not surprise me if the whole first batch ships within a week or two. Bobsag3 did an awesome job getting out boards for drillbit, so I expect we will see the same level of service for X-1s and X-3s (if you are in the USA). |

I just noticed that Black Arrow prices are up while at the same time BTC is dropping. I was going to order another X1... but now I might look for an alternative.

I understand prices goes up with new product generations, but not with the same not yet confirmed technology / product company offers unless demand is so much ower the edge.

I have followed Blackarrow since the very first post and was about to buy, but the first decrease on the discount and no tape out yet and March delivery (or whatever 24/2) & too strict wire requirements changed my mind some weeks ago in favour for another supplier. Orginal "discount" price $4499 or something like that was fine. However still following and possible buying later when they have taped out and delivered first miners. |
