My X3 has been running at 0h/s for over 5 months now, what am I doing wrong here?
Well they didn't lie that consumption wise it is definitely the cheapest miner available...

1st batch from BA ( single X1, so I'll get no little compensation ), paid in mid november. Waited quietly, tried to make some occasional advice some time ago. Recived nothing, but the worst thing is that i'm going to enter in ultra-deep spam mode for first time in my life. .....for me BA won against BFL for the longest delay.

is it too late to request a refund or switch to another product from minersource? The GH/$ difference seems is rather significant now with for prosperos x1 vs other manufacturers. I bought an extra psu that was offered as part of the compensation and had the impression at the time it would be in my hands by now, but still waiting. every week makes my order seem more and more worthless compared to other offerings. :\
i asked the same question and this is the email i received from MS. "We are expecting to ship out your units in the next 48 hours. If you do not have a tracking number by Friday, we will consider your option. At this time we are not doing any additional refunds. I appreciate your patience and let me know if you have any other questions."i was expecting the tracking number by friday and when asked about it was told this: "I understand your frustration. The batch was held in transit and is expect to be delivered early next week. I again apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks"which would be this week 3-9 aug. long story short. it looks like we are stuck with a non-existent product or at least an elusive, mythical product.

Now, after communicating with XBtec, I am leaning towards BA again being the scum of the earth. But not the whole organization. It seems that a single or small group of people inside BA sold the list. What a fucked up mess this is, I don't think XBtec is BA rebranded, they have been incredibly nice to me and have put some of my fears to rest about them stealing the list (which I no longer believe they did). I would even be open to getting some of their products if they would ship to me first.
But, it worries me that a small group of BA employees are selling company info. This has apparently gone unnoticed since BA seems surprised by this (but I wouldn't doubt they are acting and lying to cover up what they did). Who else are they selling to, how much more information? Perhaps XBtec would be open to telling us if they offered to sell any other information besides email addresses about their customers?
It seems that BA cannot handle their own employees who are looking to make a quick buck on the side.
I don't think that BA employees make up more than 1-2 people besides the director in the whole company ... :-) Lol, and one of those two is bob from MS

Funnily enough, no response, which tells me that orders are either being shipped out at random, to "preferred buyers" or not at all.
Still no response to this simple question. BLACKARROW, WHICH PAYMENT DATES ARE YOU NOW PROCESSING ORDERS FOR? My guess is that they're too busy supplying 2014-paid distributor orders to deal with the Batch 1 orders.

They appear to be running OpenSSH server, but I'm not able to login via SSH. The user:blackarrow login that works for the web UI does not work for ssh, nor does root:blackarrow.

I just updated my X1 to the latest Firmware 1.8 and now I CAN'T Login anymore ... FFUUUUUU****** !!! Don't even find the damn miner anymore ... Does it Change the IP range ?? Any way Flash the Firmware with USB ?? Anybody same Problem and have a solution for that  EDIT: Can see the X-1 on the Network. I do get the Website but all user I createtd do NOT work to Login !! Not even the Default "User / blackarrow" works anymore ....

so not a single X3 has shipped out yet? And BA promised by end July 2014.  They promised 28th February 2014 as well.  The delay has cost me over $12,000 in lost revenue so far, ship the fucking miners already!
You think, they will ship? Do you know what scammers are? EDIT: Can see the X-1 on the Network. I do get the Website but all user I createtd do NOT work to Login !! Not even the Default "User / blackarrow" works anymore ....
Maybe, the website http://prospero.blackarrowsoftware.com/ hacked by russian guys.

Messing around with your firmware is the best way brick your computing device however, the X1 is already a brick so the point is moot.
Yup. You'r right! Took 30sec. to brick my X-1 :-( BUT: I got some really great help on eCoinTalk !! Tech logged in and fixed my Problem! :-) It was the damn Firewall who screwed up the downloaded files for V 1.8. He then restored V 1.7 and everything is good now :-) I will let the miner run on V 1.7 for now. When I get the LCD I do have to upgrade though.

I have order #1x and still have not received any X3.. so seems unlikely, I paid really early and still waiting no replies at all  ...I thought as much, the received X3s are only by certain people, they don't seem to be sticking to the order sequence. They're obviously not shipping out in any great numbers or the forums would be full of people saying they've got their devices! Don't you think? It's all just very suspicious and I am beginning to think that I should not hold off in pursuing legal avenues to recovery any longer. Of course, MS claims to have been sent a number of X3s although they don't appear to have received them yet...? But in any case, it makes no difference to those of us who ordered direct from Black Arrow last year!

Since last week we have begun shipping of X3s and now we are ramping up assembly and shipping. Rent-A-Minion Will start in the following few days.
