If FJ didn't find anythjng strange they will not ask a KYC details, maybe for now they are doing an investigation to your account so maybe the best to do is to follow up the updates to see how the case move. And I don't believe they exchange their reputation for only 0.004 BTC, so far I didn't get any problem here.

Minimum wd high isn't mean that sote can't be trusted or scam. There are other sites which have higher wd than 0.004 since the fee is high for now. I don't know why you are asked for KYC, but FJ has the right to ask KYC anytime they want, so you can't do much abou that.

Proofs? Most of the review in trustpilot are just "words" without even single valid proof. Anyone can write anything in such review website, hatters will say the bad thing lover will say good thing. Basically both positive and negative reviews needs to be proven. People may say those negative reviews are baseless accusation and those positive reviews as shilling or paid reviews if there is no proofs at all. But of course it is also depending on whose are giving the review. The point is, your accusation is baseless accusation as you just say it without any proofs. Nope they will stop it if they found any irregularities but they didn't see what you mean thats why they continue maybe try to change your view about situations and also if you got a problem or an issue maybe try to see first why those one happens and don't blame others or throw some allegations immediately, issues happen sometimes and this is normal so better be cooperative to see a good result.

Your problem is you have won from faucet amount, that's why your withdrawal was in hold/you can't withdraw it. I don't know whether FJ allowed their user to withdraw from faucet winning, but personally i think that's like a cheat since you aren't lose anything (you were betting with money from site, so you didn't risk anything). You just make a deposit to reach min withdraw at 0.004 btc.

If a casino is requiring KYC, and you think that is waste of time, how did you manage to get into crypto in the first place? Almost all the proper places I know in exchange world require KYC, all the local ones do as well, maybe you are from a nation with high p2p and that is why you managed to get it in cash and never gave any information to anyone but if you managed to get away from the exchanges without giving your KYC and found another method, why play in a casino in that case? We all know they may require KYC as well so if you run away from exchanges for KYC reasons, do the same for casinos as well?
