Anyone else having any problems with cashouts?  I tried to cash out about 100 chips last night, and 16 hours later, it not only has not showed up in my Bitcoin account, but the money is gone from my account and it isn't even listed on pending transactions.

What's going on?

As with all account issues, an email to [email protected] is the place to start.  Also darkmule - please report back what happens here - SwC cashout time has always been stated as "usually within 12 hours" and we have consistently over-delivered.

I think cashout time is one of the most important things players look for in a site.  Players simply want to have control of their funds ASAP after a run up.  It makes the winning actually real.  While we would love to offer insta-cashouts, we feel a human set of eyes as well as software tools are needed to ensure everything is kosher before firing out irretrievable coins (as if they hit the muck)

So if an occasional cashout takes over 12 hours, please send an email to [email protected] and see what's what.

It is confusing for me that you Introducing new tournaments and don't address the obvious problem first .I did ask for 20 chip deep MTT at 2 pm EST for reason. It is time when European players want to play and you took down month ago 2 MTT what was there 25 chipper at 1:30 EST and 20 chipper at 1:40 ET and replace it with nothing.
It was wrong to have 2 similar stake MTT in that space and it is wrong to have non there as well.
If you don't have the time required to manage the MTT schedule, let us help you.

So if an occasional cashout takes over 12 hours, please send an email to [email protected] and see what's what.

Apparently, there's a brief time window where the transaction is being processed and it temporarily disappears from the pending transaction list right before being processed, and I just happened to check it at exactly that time.

1)  I see the huge, gaping hole in the schedule exactly as you describe

2)  allow me to address this issue right now:  I have submitted to ST6 an "Add MTT Order" (AMO) for the following -->  20 Chip Deep 300 GTD at 2pm EST / 11am PST

3)  I have also submitted for addition the first of a few "HHN makeup" MTTs:   20 Chip 200 GTD  8:30pm EST / 5:30pm PST

ST6 has been on their shit for so long in terms of cashouts, I would have been shocked if anything was the matter.

3)Cool,just keep in mind you want to create large MTT,so don't add too many of those. Smiley

As always, I just want to talk about the SNG freerolls for chumps like me.

It seems like last week we could sign up and end up playing a few hours later.  This week it's back to "you have to be fucking glued to that lobby screen in order to have any chance of getting in".

Wasn't the system from last week a bit more fair?  I could sign up at noon and later that day actually play in a freeroll.

When are you guys going to nominate me as most annoying playa?

Oh and yes, the seals chatroom is fulla haters.  It's basically a "you are a cunt!" "NO YOU ARE A CUNT" kinda place.

I feel the issue with this is the fact that near everyone is sitting out Sad

I think it'd be better if the 66 removed no shows after a certain blind level or something like that.

Does Malwarebytes know how bad you are at poker?  Could be that? Wink

Malwarebytes may have blacklisted SWC back when there was a security problem which has been fixed since.

The single biggest element to expanding MTTs is late registration imo. I know that it's not entirely SWC's fault, but it boggles me that there's major poker software that doesn't have a feature that has been possible on every poker site I've ever played for over a decade.

I actually love this feature.  You know, when the tourney starts, if its an overlay, how many people in it, exact payouts, etc.  I wish more sites would have this.

It's getting better I think.  The changes to the Saturday 5k are great.  We need the same structure or even a tad slower for the Sunday and definitely for the Friday night 5k.  Thanks for keeping working at it though!
