1) fucking donkdown. my source of endless fail. Please don't go there until I figure out wtf is wrong.
2) blind structure for Sunday 1k is in need of some levels IMO. I am not opposed to crowd-sourcing a newly updated "normal" structure and applying it slowly to our bigger MTTs. Just be warned, this won't go fast even once I have the structure in hand and approved by most. It will certainly help to have something ready to fire. obviously 150-300 a/25 was missing throughout. This will be corrected, eventually. Feel free to fire out some structures that will work properly for both 1500 and 3k chips.

bummer about donkdown really wanted to listen yesterday. 25k krill roll Is a really well structured tournament , I really like the idea of 2 repeating levels ie the 100 200 blinds 2x. I really prefer the 12 minute levels as opposed to the 8 . If its 30 people in a tournament or less the blinds don't play as much of a factor as 80 people plus tournament of which there are not too many at seals. I would love to see more 80 plus player type fields for higher payouts as would most players obv.

the only tournaments that regularly generate >50 runners are the 66 player SNG freeroll and the lowest krill tournament (1,25k krillament) @Micon what do you think about adding a mini version of the BIGBTC? like the BigBTC is kind of your sunday million, but I definitely think there is place for a "Sunday Storm" clone something like a 0.5 BTC guarantee with 10 chips buy-in, running every sunday... and if it takes off one can maybe increase the guarantee to 1 BTC (would need 100 runners, but think that would be possible long-term)

nice threads, Good luck to all.... what does that mean? look for this low post-count user randomly posting support in many thread: https://asktom.cf/index.php?action=profile;u=251245;sa=showPosts to be "+1'ing" the latest Ponzi. #CallingItNow ------------------------------------------------- 1) "Mini" versions of the BIG BTC and other supporting MTTs will come with time. I know you guys are likely sick of me saying that, but I can be nothing but honest because time will show the truth. I have a problem with over-promising SwC technology because I'm so excited to play it. That being said we are working harder than we ever have on server-side improvements. Please wait. I know that's not what you want to hear, but it is truth. 2) Friday "4.20k" 190+10 will pop off today EARLIER THAN SOME OF YOU THINK BECAUSE I MOVED THE START TIME OF THE FRIDAY-AMENT --> 5:00 PST / 8:00EST As most of you remember it was the 5k, and it has overlaid like a hooker with heroin problem. I reduced the guar slightly and +1'd the 420's in the lobby and moved it back a few hrs in hopes to increase the field size. we'll see. May even decrease field size first week because it's earlier, i.e. everyone will show up late for it this week. (sorry in advance, it's in the interest of progress) glglglglgl all / as always hit me up [email protected] for any reason [ [email protected] for any account related issue]

@skivrmt - Yes, the bugs I mentioned are specific to Android, except the annoying sit out button that messes with everyone equally.
@micon - The affiliate program, in all its glory, in this case is not sufficient to pick up the slack.
An in-house email marketing program would benefit everyone, including your affiliates, with a minimum investment of time and resources. I'm talking about deploying a re-engagement campaign to your existing database of users that have already submitted an email address. Also, the Seals web site should offer an email newsletter sign-up feature to collect addresses of those that are interested in receiving occasional updates.
There are many poker players that are not on Twitter, but nearly everyone that wants to play online poker has an email address. Affiliates can drive traffic, but email marketing can keep them coming back.
I'd be happy to volunteer my time to help you get this set up. Like you, I want to see Seals continue to grow. Email is the most effective and cost efficient way to do it... by far. Let me know if you want to brainstorm email opportunities via email. Or I'll be in Vegas in March.
I now return this thread to its regularly scheduled programming. - Mark
We follow quite a non-traditional model. We understand this may keep us smaller than if we blasted out marketing. We prefer to grow organically for now Can you expand on the meaning of growing the site organically? As I am unfamiliar with this process.

Poker fairness is kinda intrinsically impossible to prove. There are lots of way cheating can occur. That said I feel highly confident after many many months of play at seals that the site and software are honest and fair.

It's impossible to be provably fair for a variety of reasons, because most cheating occurs through collusion and because you are not allowed to see the other players' cards unless a hand goes to showdown. So how could you prove that results you don't know are actually fair? You can only show that it's probably fair. You can also show that people are probably cheating, especially if they are obvious about it. This whole issue has been discussed in thorough detail in many previous threads, including this one.

11 BTC? how is such a price justified? I mean what do you get from the 103000 krill except access to a few krillrolls (which will always become less value in the future due to more participants who reach these krill levels)... and a bit rakeback
