Check your Internet connection and try refreshing your device, I am very sure that the problem with the not available captcha is from your device and not the casino itself, I have experienced this captcha problem before even when trying to log in to my Bitcointalk account sometimes the captcha won't just work, but whenever I noticed that I quickly refresh my device and try to connect again and it has been working for me so I suggest you try that to see what the outcome will be.

When does the logging out happen? During in the middle of your active or during your inactive sessions? If it's the latter, then it's an understandable security measure

And then tested it using VPN, it was seamless and smooth login.

Be careful, you might end up having your account flagged, especially if the IP addresses point to countries that have been banned from using the casino. They are quite a number.

I have never experienced a site that logging out after few minutes, I only experienced a site logging out after few days or weeks, but it's in centralized exchanges.

Even we can always log in whenever we get logging out, but it will not make the gamblers comfortable.

This is a very good suggestion and actually my preferred feature to all casino accounts I’m playing since it’s very hassle to login frequently whenever I close my browser since I do have 2FA security from a different device before I can login my account.

Or at least have a feature like gmail which the casino remember the device which was use as trusted device to easily login since withdrawal usually have same security on login options.

You guys have to accept that as part of Betpanda features unlike other casinos like Stake that keep a user pernenrmently logged in on the same browser, Betpanda has a system that auto logs users out at regular intervals.

I have looked through the site, and read the terms and conditions but I have not seen where that is mentioned, but reality is that that is the experience of many users of Betpanda including myself, if you have been on the Betpanda site you will already noticed that the site auto log player out each time they leave the page, so you and all the others who have being asking if that is stated on the site can at least rationalize what we are saying, to see things for yourself, we are not saying that it's a problem no but that os the way the site is developed to function.

Lastly I don't see any big deal in having such a feature of logging users at each time since Ultimately the goal is to increase players' security of accounts, so Betpanda team doesn't have to change that feature if they find it helpful to the casino, at least players will get along with on the long so all is good over here.

Yes, as for the most common site it's an option with the use of "remember me" that will take for several days mostly 30 days, this forum have that remember forever or something similar, but of course this are saved as browser cookies, if these cookies were deleted it will automatically logout the account. Most privacy-centered browsers deletes its cookies time to time for security and privacy reasons, its not that weird, maybe you just didn't heard of it yet.

However, as I've pointed out previously, the case is not for that tournament but for sports betting in general which has $1 min bet. I know there are still a lot of gamblers who do sports bet with bet amount under $1, usually they are trying to place parlay bet with high odds. It is not about which one is better between $1*50 than $0.1*500 or even bigger multiplier, but it is more about user's financial ability or bankroll to place bet.
